I recently decided to try a meal prep service and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The portions were small to begin with, but things took a turn for the worse when I canceled my subscription. Suddenly, the portions became even smaller, to the point where they were barely enough to constitute a meal. It's as if they were trying to punish me for canceling. The quality of the food also seemed to decline, with meals arriving bland and uninspiring. I regret wasting my time and money on this service and would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

No cancel button on their site. Have to email to cancel a plan. Even if your plan is cancelled, they will still charge you and ship you meals. They wont reply to you if you want a refund. Used to go under the name of 'diets2go' but that site redirects to bozu now. Ive seen another person have the exact same issue with them as I have had. Do not bother using bozu.

I’ve used many different companies (Chefly etc) but none have provided better quality food than these guys! Been with now for a couple years and will carry on!

Just had my first meal from BOZU. Then had to eat another one straight after. It’s fresh and tasty and I’m impressed. The meals are much better than what you find in the market.

Also, has good expiry dates of the meals. When I needed support their customer service replied to my email in under an hour. Very impressed with the whole company!

I received my first package this week and i was delighted with the taste and portions of the meals (the jerk chicken in particular was unbelievable). It’s the first time i’ve tried a meal prep company and i’m never going back now!

Been trying to find a good meal service, and this is by far the best one out there. The choices available are very good, and really love the food. Looking forward to trying out other dishes next week!
