Facing retirement we needed to downsize which entailed selling the entire workshop. Faced with this I contacted BPI who proved to be very supportive - from initial contact to completing the catalog of equipment. We are now in the auction phase. All personnel that I worked with were really knowledgeable and helpful with strong interpersonal skills.

I receive regular emails from Catherine Lawson advising of upcoming auctions, she also updates any personal information swiftly and accurately on the site.
There is easy access to the auction site and the bidding process is easy to understand and use.
Once payment has been made, arrangement of collection of goods is clear and precise.

It's never an easy process liquidating your lifetimes project but the lads at BPI have been awesome. I've just listed all the kit with Kev too, smashing chap, 😁 understanding and totally professional. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate, thanks BPI....

A huge thank you to BPI Auctions and in particular Richard and Neil for carrying out a quick and professional job. Our whole workshop was auctioned off and we were pleasantly surprised when the auction results came in. The collection of goods has been largely seamless. Good job BPI.

BPI Auctions are scammers hiding behind small print. I lost over £1,000 after being connected with a vendor who vanished and sold me faulty junk. Their staff are useless and unhelpful, repeating “sold as seen” while pocketing massive fees and leaving buyers at the mercy of crooks. Delivery costs are inflated and misleading. This company offers no protection, no accountability, and no support. THEY ARE DIGUSTING! Avoid them at all costs — you’re far safer buying on eBay where at least there is real buyer protection.

Katherine Lawson was extremely helpful in setting up my account and is always ready to support our business. Its refreshing to deal with someone so helpful.

We've been using BPI for our bathroom auctions for over 5 years now and have had nothing but great service from Richard, Neil and Rebecca in the office, Hiccups are resolved quickly and the whole thing runs smoothly (hopefully for years to come)

Had a problem trying to find our Address, sent contact form yesterday, Claire Allen rang me today and sorted within minutes. Very helpful and professional service received. Thank you

Mr Ryan Clark was so helpful after i had won bids as i could not get there in time for collections due to my work hours and since it was a 3hr drive from where i am based. Mr Clark took my request into consideration and organised shipping at a competetive reasonable charge as i only could get time to drive there on a weekend (Saturday) to collect the items and themselves don't work on weekends. He took everything upon himself that i get my stuff. Hat off to him and will recommend this company.

I signed up on Monday 21 July, on 22 July I found I was locked out of the account. I sent emails with no response.
Not very good at all.

Picked up won items from progressive safety. Craig and Dev couldn’t have been more helpful. They are a credit to the BPI customer service.

Just auctioned my whole workshop with BPI. Flawless service from start to finish.. Richard, who clearly knew his stuff, and his team made the most out of everything I had, I got far more than I was expecting.
I couldn’t be happier.
Would wholeheartedly recommend this company all day long.
