Please stick to agreed delivery dates
Because I had a 12 day window when I would be on site I ordered materials online a week prior to have the best chance that delivery could be arranged to take place as early as possible during the period I would be there. I tried hard to make this happen using the website message facility and also by phoning the helpline. I was told, and the website states, that the delivering branch would call me to arrange a delivery date. This did not happen. Delivery was attempted and aborted the following day, a week early. After delivery had failed the branch did call me and re-delivery was arranged for 10th Nov. The materials were actually dropped off at the site in my absence on or before the 9th Nov. When I got there very late on 9th it had rained and the timber was absolutely soaked and so could not be treated. It is still drying out.
I am grateful for the free delivery but agreed dates must be adhered to. Needing to dry out the timber has impacted my schedule and caused me no small inconvenience.

Sleepers look much better than previous ones from local builders merchants. Driver brilliant despite difficult location to find for first time and access to site.
Delivery within 3 days of online order.

Very frustrating
I keep getting assured that somebody will ring me back, but they do not.
I also get assured that missing items will arrive on a future date but they do not and again nobody contacts me.
As soon as the staff give assurances they seem to totally forget the issue.
Very frustrating.
