Shocking incompetence
Cancelled order on Monday by contacting branch by phone as l was urgently referred to local acute hospital with a cardiac event. While in hospital Bradfords informed me by text on Wednesday my order was being delivered. I had to contact branch again by phone to cancel order while laying in a bed in hospital. Shocking incompetence by company and not my first bad experience with them.

Limited stock?
I could only seem to be able to order what was stocked by my local branch rather than all stock items that appear online.
The deliver driver was very friendly.

Good Morning
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to not being able to order everything desired on the website.
I apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Sadly we do not yet have the logistics in place to offer all listed goods to our customers but instead, after the delivery postcode is put in, show what is available from your local branch.
Kind Regards,
Sam
