Being shielded
Being shielded, it was necessary for me to order online. That was made easy by Mark at Ilminster, who could not have been more helpful. Many thanks to you Mark. I also have to thank the Lorry delivery driver who went out of his way to make life easier for me, placing my sand, chipping and soil with pinpoint accuracy, I don't know your name but you are a real asset to your company. Lastly, I must thank the van delivery driver for his kindness, good humour and helpfulness. You're a good company, with your focus firmly fixed upon your customer base. Well done all!!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, ordered on line, paid. No problem, received telephone call and than a text to tell me when and time of delivery. Ordered garden beams. Delivery driver was excellent put them exactly where I needed them, polite and efficient.

Quick turnaround from order to delivery.
Reduced our order and refunded us the difference promptly when we realised we had over ordered and notified them. Great service and very helpful delivery driver.

Overall ok but let down by one railway sleeper that is so bent it is almost unusable. Should not deliver items that are clearly not up to scratch?

Gravel Delivery
