We were called on Monday morning to say…
We were called on Monday morning to say our click and collect order was ready to collect. After travelling several miles to the Plympton branch we were told that although we had ordered 4 fence panels they only had 3 fence panels, and 2 of those were broken. If our goods had been checked before we were called it would have saved us a wasted journey.

Couldn't have had a more skilful and helpful driver (Matthew) from the Plympton yard. Thanks so much for what was a very challenging drop (without being able to use his wing mirrors up my shared driveway). Very Impressed.
Best regards.

Online service was fine
Online service was good, however the delivery was different story booked delivery date which was fine then early the next day got a call to say delivery driver was at home to make delivery a day early so nobody was home to accept the delivery. And when I check on our door bell our the driver had just left our order at the side of the road not even on our property don't find that acceptable.
