Wasn't sure what to expect
Wasn't sure what to expect, but what I received was easy to order, they kept me informed when the delivery was to occur, reversed up the drive and placed the two bags of gravel exactly where I wanted them. Now that was service ! Thank you.

Nothing wrong with the product but paid for delivery - quoted 1 to 2 days - had phone call confirming 2 days and then on the day a call to to say not being delivered until 2 further days later. Used you to keep it local with prompt delivery but may as well of used B&Q and got it on time.

Good communication about my order
I looked everywhere for treated 22cm wide board. Ordered on the Bradfords website late at night. Contacted by Bradfords the following day to apologise for not delivering that day but it would come from another depot in Helston the following day. Their delivery driver called to ask where to put the delivery on the following day. Great service and happy to recommend.

Brilliant service
First time using Bradford's for ordering timber. Price was competitive and the quality of the wood was really good. Customer service was amazing when I arrived. They sorted out my order in a few mins. I'll definitely be using them again.

There was no advice regarding nil stock…
There was no advice regarding nil stock level on the item I purchased yet you took payment. I had to phone to find out status though the customer service was helpful once I noted my enquiry regarding availability.

Trying to change a wrong delivery…
Trying to change a wrong delivery address with someone call “Tristan.”
Very unhelpful and argued with with me that I didn’t know my own address and then hung up on me.
Now the driver won’t find the right place.

Excellent service and products
Bradfords at Redruth were excellent. They assisted in choosing the products I needed and they arranged delivery very quickly.
The quality of the materials looks good, especially the timber, when compared to the firms in this area.
The delivery guy was also very helpful and polite, and I really can not fault them. Thank you

Used Redruth branch, my local branch Helston is closed Saturday afternoon?They were very helpful and only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I had I slight wait for them to pick my order, otherwise service was excellent.

two home deliveries --- one1845hours…
two home deliveries --- one1845hours no promised telephone call until that time driver abit irate. When i ordered this delivery i paid for two items consisting of a jumbo bag of chippings and a weed control membrane no membrane delivered .Spoke to Bradford's on the Saturday told it was shut for a stock check then had to go out and get some so i could get on with the job. Sent an e-mail to you reply will send it out on next delivery-next delivery no membrane--went to store picked it up myself Not a happy bunny. W Richards
