Website ordering and shop collection was easy enough. Just wish shop opening hours weren't focussed around trade customers - especially on Saturdays - when us DIY duffers are in need of stuff.

Collected some fence panels helpful staff
I ordered some fence panels from Sidmouth depot. I collected them and was helped by the workers to put them in the van. In a few minutes I was on my way.
I had no problems and everyone was very efficient.

Good but could have done with earlier notification about delivery
Online order for kiln dried sand. Easy to locate and order and order rapidly acknowledged. Correct product delivered a few days later, though notification of delivery was only received just over an hour before. No communication about order progress between order acknowledgment and delivery notification leaves you a bit in the dark

Overall great service. There was a problem with the website meaning I was charged 3 times for my order - this was corrected and refunds made. Delivery was great service.
