Decking wood was below standard
Decking wood was below standard, cross cutted at an angle, and the moulding profiles was not very good. Had to mix the boards up so customer was happy with the job, not sure if I’ll be using you again till I personally check stock quality and that your stock quantity’s are correct as the website and your yard had inconsistent amounts

Depot stock doesn’t match website
Ordered skirting board from the website, ordering according to the sizes available at the local branch, travelled to the branch and only short sizes were available, had to cancel for a refund (which apparently takes up to a week).
