ordered timber from Bradfords it turned up on time Quality was very good. Service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Bradfords would use them again.

Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic from start to finish. Great price and follow up call to arrange delivery. Unfortunately, I was running late but the delivery man placed all the timber and post mix in our small front yard very carefully, avoiding all plants. Very grateful.

Had several phonecalls about a returnable pallet that I arranged to leave for the delivery driver to collect, info wasn't passed on . Pallet still awaiting collection.

Decking purchase
The process to get my decking delivered was a bit painful, as although the website stated that stock was available it wasn't, and delivery was postponed twice which was not helpful. However, the decking itself was a good price and decent quality. What pushed the rating up to 4 stars was the delivery service. The driver was friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get my decking into my garage. Much appreciated!

Ordered bags of sharp sand and cement…
Ordered bags of sharp sand and cement using the click and collect service, arrived at checkout desk, handed a piece of paper and told to go out into the yard and find someone to help, order not ready and had to wait to be served and wait until the items was put together and brought over on pallet other than that all ok

Proper customer sales and service
Ordered some supplies online, on a Sunday evening, including marine grade plywood, plasterboard sheets, stud timber etc. exceeding the cost to include free delivery.
Had a call the following morning to arrange said delivery. As the plywood was not in stock, another call was received to inform and discuss if there were any alternatives suitable. As there were not, this was placed on back order for the following week but the bulk of the delivery was made as planned by a friendly and helpful driver.
The following week, another call was received to confirm if plywood was still required and arrange a convenient delivery day. Plywood was delivered as organised in the same friendly and helpful manner.
All in all, I have been very impressed by both the prices and service received from Bradfords.
The text messages received throughout the transaction, confirming details and arrangements made on the phone were useful and the very helpful Trowbridge branch staff were a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.
