Sold me a welder ... took payment through PayPal. 3days later after me chasing the order I was told the welder was out of stock. Payment refunded to PayPal and now I have to wait for PayPal to release it .

Satisfied customer...
Shaun was on time and very polite and endeavoured to off load my delivery as close as he could to make my job easier. Shifting 1000litres of topsoil approx 20 metres and up 3 lots of steps was rather daunting so I appreciated his consideration. Plus the price was great.

Bradford’s have a great choice and great prices. I’m doing a large fencing job and Amy contacted me to make sure my order quantities were correct as they seemed a little excessive. Thanks Amy for double checking I don’t mess up…
The delivery was super fast and easy. The driver, John, was great and the entire delivery was turned around fast, but carefully. Thanks John.

oak sleepers quality issues
I bought three dozen oak sleepers. going down the stack , three were found too split to be useful at their full length. I'm surprised they were allowed out the yard.

Very polite and helpful.i had to add a item to my delivery. This was done without any fuss. The delivery arrived on time and again the driver ( lee) was very professional and helped me get the delivery away from the road and into the yard. Thanks to all involved. John

No point doing click and collect
Edit "Thankyou for taking the time to phone and explain why my particular lengths weren't provided. Your customer service for complaints gets the edit."
Did click and collect to make it easier. Received a message saying my order of 3x2.1m lengths of timber were ready,but when I arrived I was presented with 3 x 3.6 lengths and had to cut them to fit in the van myself.
