They charge , without authorization, your card for stuff that you didn't ask for or were not aware of.
If you took the intelligence test ( and scored good enough :) ) , you will learn very quickly that either your credit card or your PayPal account carry an unauthorized payment. They did respond, however, quickly and reimbursed. But this model of business relies, most likely, on people who don't check their accounts regularly.

Terrible. Applied for a £1.95 career test - was charged for this - the. Had £17.95 taken from my account - without my agreement. I have told the company and they have done nothing.

I had the exact same experience as Elbert. I logged into this site on June 25th, 2024, to see the results of a test I took. The price was €1.83 which I paid with my credit card.

On July 2, they took €25.18 more from my credit card which I hadn't authorised. I called my bank but they couldn’t refund this amount, but put a block on the account.

On July 31st, they managed to take out another unauthorised amount of €24.82 from my credit card, which I'm currently trying to get refunded from my bank.

And today, August 26th, another payment was ‘declined’ by my bank.

I just hope that these reviews help prevent other people getting scammed.

I logged into this site on July 1 to see the results of a test I took. The price was $1.95, which I paid with my credit card.

On July 8 they took $26.90 more from my credit card which I hadn't authorized. I called my bank and got the $26.90 refunded.

On Aug 5 they took another unauthorized $26.90 from my credit card, which I'm currently trying to get resolved through my bank.

I may have to cancel that credit card to stop these withdrawals.

Completed long long questionnaire, no mention of 1.95£ payment after. Payed and answers still aren’t ready. They want another 2 hours, probably in hope you forget about the membership (undisclosed again) you signed up to. Also the trust pilot rating on website is completely fake. The whole thing is a forge

Disgusting, spent 30 mins answering questions and even giving my email to be not given results without payment!

Completed a lengthy test to find out that you have to pay to see the result, no notices that this is the way they work, total waste of time and money complete scam

As others said, very long questionaire with NO free results at the end. NO warning this is a paid questionaire so myself and everyone else wasting our time! Disgusting!

Rubbish. Profiteering from depressed individuals.,pathetic. Fill out a long questionnaire and then get asked to pay 1.95

Really upset, frustrated and annoyed. Just spent nearly an hour filling in 300 difficult and some were very upsetting questions to help my mental health and when I got to the end they wanted money and wouldn't give the results! They did not warn one has to pay beforehand.
