I was looking for a supplement that would help me focus during the day and relax at night. L-Theanine gave me both! Relaxation as to sleep better without waking up in the middle of the night. Focus as waking up feeling ready to start the day after a better night rest, enabling me to focus on my working tasks during the day with more concentration and energy. After 3 weeks, I can't recall any side effects. Definitively, I will continue to use.

I buy these supplements mainly because of their great, organic ingredients. I know I can trust them completely and that I don't have to read the ingredient list every time I buy them.

They arrived well packaged in an attractive box. The plastic bottle had a good seal to keep the contents airtight. The tablets had soft to touch casing, and easy to swallow. I had no problems, but know that some people may prefer a smaller tablet. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Recently tried their Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules. Found them easy to take and started to work within a couple of weeks. Feel like I have more energy and also seem to be sleeping better. Would recommend as they're definitely working for me.

Bought these to see if it could help with my stress. I was a bit skeptical but they really worked after just over a week of taking them. Just take 2 a day. I was also suffering with lack of sleep and now this is getting better and I put it down to these capsules. I also suffer with severe anxiety and this has not been so severe since taking these capsules.

Having an autoimmune disease I’m always looking for natural alternatives to help with symptoms. I tried this product and I’m so impressed i have had less fatigue, joint pain and swelling. My anxiety levels have been reduced and i have had less anxiety attacks. I suffer from insomnia but with less anxiety and pain i have actually been able to sleep. The supplements are easy to swallow and I don’t find they taste of anything so no nasty after taste.

I recommend this product to anyone that is dealing with stress daily. These helped improve my mood and gave me the motivation to get stuff done. Would definitely buy them again.

This is my second product from Brainpower Supplements. I ordered Magnesium Bisglycinate and received my capsules in very good time. The labelling has all the information you could possibly need and I like the clear bottle as you can easily see how many are left. I had been experiencing fatigue and brain fogginess both of which are doubtless due, at least in part, to being menopausal. I work as a Receptionist at a busy desk and the continuous barrage of phone calls, guest enquiries and interruptions by staff and contractors was causing me to lose focus very easily. The mental stress was tiring too. These supplements have genuinely made a difference. My fatigue is less and I feel sharper and less forgetful. While I believe that full health and good wellbeing are a combination of many things, supplements play a very useful role particularly at times in life that are difficult such as, in my case, the onset of menopause. I will continue to take these capsules as a tool in an overall approach to good health.

Would highly recommend the Organic Korean Ginseng. They are so easy to swallow and don't leave a horrible aftertaste like others I have tried. I bought them as since after having my youngest daughter I was constantly feeling exhausted and was falling into the spiral of having an afternoon nap every single day.
