I love this product L Theanine | 400mg X 120 L-Theanine Capsules after two weeks of taking I can see a bit different of me. As a mother of four I have been struggling, stress can’t sleep and keep worrying for no reason! Probably I’m going crazy but I hope not! Anyway this capsule it made me calm down and relax even my kids is wondering why I’m not shouting at them anymore. Anyone should try it.

I bought a supplement Rhodiola Rosea on amazon and i was very happy with delivery, packaging and ingridients. I like natural ingridients and try to use it as much as I can. Instructions clear and easy to follow. I found it working after a week from start taking. I was feeling more energised in this lockdown times. All needed information on the box so there is nothing hidden or suspicious. Good contact with seller, lady ask how was delivery and if everytinh ok with the product which was very nice

I received the product very fast. Even one day before the date it was expected. The pills itself look good and are easy to take, but the effectiveness is unclear.

I have tried both L-Theanine and Rhodiola, both odourless and easy to swallow.

Concentration has increased and I feel calmer so very happy with both.

It’s amazing how much goodness is crammed into these capsules. Due to a busy work/life balance I have been taking these for the last few weeks. At first I was a little concerned about how easy these would be to swallow, but after the initial couple of days I haven’t found this a problem. So far I feel good and I look forward to this feeling of wellness throughout the dark and dreary months which are just around the corner.

The packaging was pleasant. I didn't find there was a taste, nor a smell to them. The capsules were easy to swallow and so easy for me to take in the morning with my medication.

I suffer from anxiety and brain fog, and so I was hopeful that these might help. I found that after a week or two that my brain fog was a little better. Hopefully, these will continue to help with my brain fog. Because I have a very sensitive tummy, I decided to take one tablet a day to begin with. I had no digestive issues at all, so I'm going increase the dose to two a day and see how it goes. So far I'm really happy with this supplement.

Ho comprato L-theanine da Amazon un paio di settimane fa. Inutile dire che la spedizione e l'imballaggio sono state perfette.
Per quanto riguarda il prodotto mi sono trovata bene: capsule grandi ma facili da ingoiare, nessun fastidio di digestione o sapori sgradevoli.
Per l'efficacia, mi sono sentita un po' meno ansiosa e sotto stress e forse un pochino più energica. La cosa che mi ha impressionato invece è che è riuscito ad equilibrare i miei battiti cardiaci che sono sempre sopra i 100!
Già solo per questo direi che è un ottimo prodotto!! Consigliato

I bought L-Theanine as one of Brainpower Supplements through Amazon, because I had stress and anxiety problems. The package was received just in 2 days two days and in perfect condition. The product helped to overcome anxiety and had a good sleep but I had some headaches in the morning. I believe it differs from person to person.

Nello specifico, ho provato il prodotto "Rhodiola Rosea biologica" di Brainpower Supplements.
Ho deciso di acquistare questo prodotto in un periodo di forte stress, anche a causa di cambiamenti lavorativi e del Covid-19, e per stimolare la mia concentrazione al lavoro.
I prodotti vengono spediti molto rapidamente, seppur arrivino dal Regno Unito.
Il contenitore di capsule è comodo da portare in borsa e all'apertura sprigiona da subito un odore di rosa, che poi è la caratteristica della Rhodiola Rosea, ma non pensavo fosse così persistente.
Sulla confezione è consigliato di assumere 2 pillole al giorno, ma io ho preferito testare il prodotto assumendone una al giorno, alla mattina appena sveglio.
L'effetto è ottenere un lieve (ma tangibile) aumento della concentrazione al lavoro e di relax (non si tratta di sonno).
Per motivi personali ho anche deciso di eliminare contemporaneamente anche l'uso di caffè e mi sento meno nervoso, ma comunque concentrato.
Il prodotto è biologico, come molti altri della loro linea di "supplements".

Good communication via emails with the company regarding the product ordered. My Brainpower Food Supplements arrived in good time. They were in a nice box with the information on that I needed. The capsules were easy to swallow with no bad after taste. After one week of taking them i did not really notice any difference but during the second week i noticed i did not feel as hungry and do not seem as tired. I am more than happy to continue taking them.

In my daily routine, I consume 2 capsules of Organic Korean Ginseng, and I study and do things with energy and good mood. I believe good healthy habits can help to improve our life. This product is vegan and gluten free!

I started taking Magnesium Bisglycinate | 1000mg Dose supplement a month ago.
I don't sleep much hours and having a baby I always feel tired, without energy and therefore my concentration and memory have been very badly affected.
For the last month taking this I feel with much more energy, more focused and even though I still wake up several times during night, I feel that my sleep quality has improved a lot!

The tablets size are good, very easy to swallow. Good ingredients.

This was a new supplement to me but when I read other reviews I decided to try it. I have Fibro and have tried lots of supplements which other sufferers say work for them. These capsules and easy to swallow and have no nasty after taste. I have been taking the recommended dose for nearly 1 month and I have noticed a change in my energy levels, I don't have that afternoon slump I used to have. Although there are no cures for the Fibro fog I seem to have a clearer head since starting these. I fully recommend.

Have tried a few products now and can do nothing but praise them from the packaging to the performance, Wasted so much over years on supplements that promise and don't deliver, But have finally found ones that do whats on the tin , highly recommended
