Poor warranty
Super nice and knowledgable people. However, their warranty is not as good as it sounds. Even though they call it a “lifetime warranty”., they only allow one warranty claim and they require you to pay for the shipment of your rotors for the one time replacement. Not worth the money. A lifetime warranty should be free replacement for the life of the item you purchase regardless of how many times the item needs to be replaced. Secondly, the pads and rotors wear relatively quickly.

Dear Joel, thank you for the kind words about our team’s service and knowledge!
We completely understand your desire for ongoing coverage, but we’d like to clarify the timeline as a reminder. You purchased your original set for your 2000 Ford F-250 back in February 2014, and we were happy to provide a free replacement set in 2020 under our lifetime policy. After more than 12 years of use across two full sets of rotors on a heavy-duty truck, we feel our single-replacement policy helped deliver great value (you paid $220 for a set of machined rotors and pads) while keeping our everyday prices as low as possible. We always aim to be upfront about our one-time warranty policy on our website. Regarding pad and rotor wear, lifespan can vary widely depending on driving habits, vehicle weight, and driving conditions, but we always want to make sure you're getting the performance you expect. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts and truly appreciate your past 12 years of patronage and wish you all the best!

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad you found our site easy to use, had a positive experience with our team, and were happy with the product. We truly appreciate your business and choosing Brake Performance!
I was doing the install yesterday as soon as I opened the box it was very clear that the upgrade sent to me would not fit, to big. Also the slots and dimples on the rotors aren't even drilled through
They called me to upgrade my product without charging more. Explained that this upgrade was more superior. They took care of me.
That is great customer service.
Thank you.

We wish you safe driving and that all is well with your vehicle, we will be here for you if you need any brake products so just remember that!
Dear Scott, Thank you again for reaching out and revising the order. New parts should ship out as soon as they are manufactured and plated. We appreciate your continued support and reach out to our customer support if anything comes up.
Great Product, Great Value
I purchased front & rear slotted/dimpled rotors, pads, and semi loaded calipers for one of our trucks (2011 Silverado 2500HD Duramax). Fit, finish, quality, and performance of the products are all top notch. Same with the rotors & pads I purchased earlier in the year for a 2016 Audi S7. They perform great!
I gave it 4 stars because half of the brake line caliper bolts & copper washer hardware packs were missing, which halted the install while I made a trip to the auto parts store. Also, one of the calipers didn't match the other 3... like it was a different brand/manufacturer. Not a big deal, as everything still fit and worked fine, and this is just a 16 year old work truck. But the finish was a different color, the pistons seals were a different color, it had a bleeder screw on both ends, and some extra 'ridges' on the caliper body. Again, not a big deal for me...but it would be for show cars, or anyone more OCD than I am.
Aside from that piddly stuff, I highly recommend Brake Performance!

Dear Brian, thank you so much for the fantastic review and for recommending Brake Performance! We're thrilled to hear that the fit, finish, and performance on both your Audi S7 and Silverado 2500HD have been top notch.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the missing hardware and the trip to the parts store. We take quality control very seriously and will pass this along to our packing team to ensure hardware packs are complete. Regarding the caliper variation, while remanufactured OE cores can occasionally feature slight casting or seal differences from original equipment suppliers, they are always fully pressure-tested to perform identically.
If you ever need assistance or hardware for future orders, please reach out to us directly—we’d love to make sure everything is 100% complete for you right out of the box. Thanks again for your business and taking the time to leave us this review.
