Parts were correct and packaged nicely. Just wish i would have seen that you don’t send new clips with the brake pads. Only negative I can say.
Thanks.

Hi Michael, Thank you so much for your review. we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. Brake pad hardware is included when kits are purchased as an incentive and free, otherwise they are available separately and listed under "hardware and rebuilt kits" when you buy pads only for an additional price. Thank you for your understanding and your business.

Changed out the rotors and brakes…
Changed out the rotors and brakes before a long road trip - at high speeds the breaking was smooth and consistent felt confident during multiple high-speed, breaking events that the brakes were dissipating heat as designed

Wrong parts...
Wrong parts...
Update: they contacted me and were super nice. Conclusion however, is that they do not carry the correct parts and the system has the wrong ones listed. I was able to find the parts in stock at a local parts store while Brake Performance has offered me a full refund on the parts if I remove the review. Unfortunately after several hours wasted trying to use their parts, im not looking for a refund, im simply sharing my experience with their product.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the parts you received did not work for your 1974 International pickup.
We were unable to find any prior contact from you regarding this order which was placed in our on-line website. In many cases with classic vehicles, fitment can vary based on the specific model, production changes, or previous modifications, and we're often able to quickly determine the cause and provide the correct parts or another solution.
Please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll be happy to review the application and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we sure will attempt our absolute best to making this right.
thank you for updating your review and acknowledging our team’s customer service efforts. We take accuracy very seriously, and after reviewing your vehicle's specifications, our fitment database and catalog remain correct for standard factory setups. However, aftermarket modifications or mid-year production variations can sometimes cause unexpected fitment discrepancies on certain vehicles. We completely respect your decision to share your experience, but we want to be clear, our offer of a full refund is still valid and has no conditions attached. We stand behind our products and full customer service satisfaction. Please let us know if you change your mind! Best regards.

When you order their brake rotors
I had an issue with one brake pad, and a technician called me back and sent new brake pads. I have to say they stand behind their product. The brake pads and rotors are functioning properly.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, and we apologize if your order did not arrive within the timeframe you expected. Regarding the brake pad, it is certainly not the performance we expect from our products and a brake pad separating after such limited use is highly unusual.
Unfortunately, we were unable to find any record of you contacting our customer service team about either issue. Customer service is in direct contact for an immediate resolution and a speedy replacement of defective item ASAP.
Thank you so much for your updated review, Christopher, and for allowing us to assist and resolve this issue. Best regards, Brake Performance Team

So far brakes are working great but…
So far brakes are working great but time will tell. I drive a 1998 dodge ram 3500 and tow with it. I’ve always had brake issues due to the small factory brake design and no aftermarket big brake kit available. Fit and finish were great. Easy to order and reasonable shipping time. Would order from this company again without hesitation.

Better than I had hoped for!
Having never ordered from a company before, you get nervous about the quality of the product. Especially when it’s a very important part that you don’t want to replace a lot. Right out of the box the looks are great, but the quality is better. I checked over the rotors, looking for cracks around each drill port ,for burrs, or chips, and they were all clean with no burrs at all. Once we did the brake-in procedure, the kit works flawlessly! Really helps out my SUV!! Definitely getting a rear kit from Brake Performance! Great quality and great customer service!!!

WOW! Dear Jason, thank you for articulating your experience in a way that is very relatable. As people when we purchase from a company for the first time we try not to set our hopes so high because we do not know what the outcome will be.
Personally, at BrakePerformance.com the team works very hard to attain good quality products, great customer service, and reasonable prices. To hear that our customers are happy makes every step of the way worth it for us.
Thank you so much for your review, we look forward to doing business with you again in the future. Safe driving!
83 Benz 300D ATE calipers outer dimensions didn't quite fit
This is for a pair of loaded ATE front brake calipers for a 1983 Benz 300D (W123). Packaging and shipping - 5 stars. Unboxing and examining the product, I was impressed with the build quality. Glad they had a fully-loaded option and that I went with that. Are the pads the benz-specific softer material? The braking doesn't feel like it, but that's a nit - not unexpected. My biggest concern is that the right caliper's outer dimensions didn't match the original. After mounting, it lightly contacted the outer rotor hub. Just enough to scratch it. I resolved by grinding off a safe (I hope) minimum of material to clear and allow for some possible heat expansion. Should not have had to do that. Also, the order was to include new pad wear sensors for both calipers but only had one set.

Hi Robert,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you were pleased with the packaging, shipping, and overall build quality of the loaded ATE calipers.
We're sorry to hear about the clearance issue with the right caliper. You definitely should not have had to modify the part to achieve proper fitment, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We take reports like this seriously and will review it with our quality control team to determine whether there may have been a manufacturing or machining variance.
We also apologize that only one pad wear sensor was included instead of the complete set. That was an oversight, and we'd be happy to send the missing sensor if you haven't already obtained one.
Please reach out to our customer service team with your order information so we can assist you directly and make this right. We value your business and appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our products and service.
