Break the Machine is a UK based, family run, independent company selling guitar effects pedals, synths and accessories. Since our D.O.B in 2017, we have always had the same idea: supply the best, most unusual, hard to find and often ridiculously fabulous gear you always knew you needed. We pride ourselves in customer service, respect for our suppliers, always giving a fair price and above all we are humans who answer the phone and reply to emails. Effortless Transaction, Superior Customer Service
I purchased a Marcus D’luxe Handmade Pedalboard for myself after seeing them on Sasha Ivantic and John Cordy's Youtube channels. It was a very easy painless process and I received the item promptly in the U.S. quickly. I then purchased another one and had it sent as a gift to a friend in the U.K. The guys, at Break the Machine were excellent and handled everything for me, all I had to do was pay the invoice and provide the delivery address.
