We appreciate your business and are glad to hear that, overall your experience went well. However, we're sorry to learn that you found the delivery of bricks on a tail lift with a pump truck to be inconvenient.

Our aim is always to provide a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this particular aspect.

I would like to clarify that we do state on our website that we use a third-party haulage company to deliver the goods, and by default, the orders between 1-4 packs are delivered on a tail lift lorry with the manual pump truck.
