The sales guys found us buyers very quickly. Katherine was a great help chasing up the sluggish buyer’s solicitors, landlords etc.
All in all Bridges were a pleasure to deal with.

We sold our property through Bridges Aldershot and can't praise them enough. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The whole process was pain free. All the viewings were handled well by Jade and Owen. Once we had accepted an offer, Rebecca, took over. She kept us well informed will all the details until moving day. Having Purchased and Sold through Bridges - They are the best agents in Hook and surrounding villages.

In the past we went with the competition and were left feeling sub-par/average and stressed.

However, this time around we went with Bridges and it was the best decision we could have made. It was a partnership and Bridges were pro-active, had great communication, professional, diligent and we achieved what we wanted from the sale and purchase.

From a buying perspective, Bridges are unique as they give you full market information per purchase i.e. everything you would want to know about a property and its surroundings, even before you walk through the door. They are consultative in their approach and for them its about you purchasing the right property for your needs and circumstances, not just selling a house. House prices are reflected from actual data and information, rather than trying to get a quick sale like other firms do.

We are in our dream property, in one of the best roads which is idyllic for our family.

From a selling point of view; we were delighted and overjoyed. To give some context here, we went with the competition 12 months prior and got 1 offer and 3 viewings, over a 1-2 month period vs Bridges - we got 11 viewings in 1 week and 4 offers. Even though the property fell through, further down the chain - we got a further 2 offers which were better than previous.

Bridges have good partnerships in the village as well as solicitors, surveyors and other third parties which normally create stress. We could tell everything which was going on during the entire process and were updated regularly.

Kevin is a very professional and charismatic individual with tonnes of estate agency experience. He has a very talented team in Justin and Kieran who are both very likeable and nice people to deal with. Kathy is thorough and well connected and made the post sales part, straight forward even though buying and selling houses isn't always that simple. Thank you again Bridges and we will only be recommending your firm for friends/family looking to buy and sell in Hook and surrounding villages.

We all know estate agents don't have the best reputation for great service and to begin with Bridges followed the expected trajectory: massively over-valuing the property and then quickly pushing for a drop in sale price, sending people for viewings who were not suited to the property, the usual issues.
But where it all turned round was after a sale was agreed and things were handed over to the Sales Progression team in the person of Hayley. I cannot speak highly enough of the way she handled my sale. Regular communication, dealing with some difficulties on my buyer's side, generally keeping me sane. Give this woman a pay rise Bridges! Thank you Hayley!

Ben and his team were great in not only helping us to sell our home but also to find our new home. Always at the end of the phone for any queries we had.

Has anyone else had a bad experience with Bridges Estate agents? We had an offer accepted on a house with them, 2 months later, paid £3,000 on solicitors, £300 on mortgage advisor and £700 on a private house survey to find out that the house was not connected to mains sewage or gas. This was never mentioned to us.. Bridges even advertised the property on Rightmove as having mains gas and sewage! We have had to pull out as we cannot afford to have a property without any mains sewage or gas and going to loose thousands of pounds worth of money. After making a formal complaint to Bridges, they have acknowledged the complaint and chosen to ignore it. Has anyone else had this problem before? I am pregnant and have a young child at home and feel so upset.

This estate agent has absolutely no idea how to communicate. I’ve spent a week chasing them for updates, only to be ignored or given vague, unhelpful responses. They never answer calls, take days to reply, and when they do finally get back to you.

Buying a property is stressful enough without having to deal with an estate agent that clearly doesn’t care about their clients. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

Not impressed with sales experience. Photos not taken professionally resulting in very dark, lack-lustre photos. Mostly no-show bookings, and agents would show up last minute without knowing the details of the property. We ended up cancelling the contract

Horrendous experience. Do not sign a 20 week contact! Within a couple of weeks, they had lied to me on several occasions and had provided a terrible service. They apologised for the unacceptable level of dishonestly but still refused to release me from the contract that they were in breach of. They knew that their official complaints procedure was longer than my remaining contract (after stalling for several weeks), so they had me trapped with no way out. This was knowing that I was in a rush to move in time for school applications, and missing them would seriously affect our family.

They are likely to respond to this in the same way as my Google review, asking me to contact them because they can't see my file. This perfectly highlights their dishonest, given my name was on that 20 week contact and my complaint went from the Frimley branch, to Camberley and the heat office.

Used Bridges estate agent for a property in Knaphill. Ethan from the Ash branch was great..he was prompt and was waiting for me when I arrived. He was very professional as well as being personable. He allowed me to take my time viewing, and despite the lateness if the viewing, (5.20 pm) I didn't feel rushed at all and Ethan was able to answer my questions clearly and concisely which resulted in me submitting an offer. The office always answers the phone promptly too.

Really disappointed with our experience, very dishonest estate agency, our second dealing with them in 5 years but will certainly use Greg James who we bought through in the future who were a professional and honest company

I have recently completed on selling 2 ex rental houses through Bridges and can honestly say that the service I received from James MacPhee in Bracknell was excellent.
