If you are selling your home in Hook you HAVE to go with Bridges! They sold our flat on first viewing - they are worth every penny! Kevin came out a couple of times to talk us through the process then took fabulous photos of our flat! He was so nice & made the early process a breeze. We were so excited to get our first viewing & even more shocked when they sold our flat full asking price on the first viewing!! Kathy then took us on at Bridges to get us through the sale process & she has been fabulous! Nicest lady & incredibly helpful getting our exchange over the line. My experience with Bridges agents, at the Ash Vale branch was made great by Hayley Levy. I wouldn’t have been able to make my new home purchase possible without all her amazing work. She sang from the same hymn sheet as me and was completely on board and ready for action whenever I needed her, often already actioning what I needed before I had spoken to her! Luke remained a professional manner throughout, making sure he dealt with all queries the same, no matter how small or silly they where, that didn't matter to him.

We recently sold our property via Bridges. We were under pressure to agree a sale as we were at risk of loosing our purchase and the chain falling through. The whole team at Basingstoke were great especially Keith, who worked fantastically and kept us updated on progress.

All the sales team at Bridges were proactive in my property search, Leo, Jade and Ben did a great job. Laura found me a wildcard which I took, and Rebecca progressed the purchase, from offer to completion in 2.5 months, really great service!

The sales guys found us buyers very quickly. Katherine was a great help chasing up the sluggish buyer’s solicitors, landlords etc.

Having Purchased and Sold through Bridges - They are the best agents in Hook and surrounding villages.

In the past we went with the competition and were left feeling sub-par/average and stressed.

However, this time around we went with Bridges and it was the best decision we could have made. It was a partnership and Bridges were pro-active, had great communication, professional, diligent and we achieved what we wanted from the sale and purchase.

From a buying perspective, Bridges are unique as they give you full market information per purchase i.e. everything you would want to know about a property and its surroundings, even before you walk through the door. They are consultative in their approach and for them its about you purchasing the right property for your needs and circumstances, not just selling a house. House prices are reflected from actual data and information, rather than trying to get a quick sale like other firms do.

We are in our dream property, in one of the best roads which is idyllic for our family.

From a selling point of view; we were delighted and overjoyed. To give some context here, we went with the competition 12 months prior and got 1 offer and 3 viewings, over a 1-2 month period vs Bridges - we got 11 viewings in 1 week and 4 offers. Even though the property fell through, further down the chain - we got a further 2 offers which were better than previous.

Bridges have good partnerships in the village as well as solicitors, surveyors and other third parties which normally create stress. We could tell everything which was going on during the entire process and were updated regularly.

Kevin is a very professional and charismatic individual with tonnes of estate agency experience. He has a very talented team in Justin and Kieran who are both very likeable and nice people to deal with. Kathy is thorough and well connected and made the post sales part, straight forward even though buying and selling houses isn't always that simple. Thank you again Bridges and we will only be recommending your firm for friends/family looking to buy and sell in Hook and surrounding villages.
