I can't recommend Bridges highly enough. They made a very difficult situation of selling a loved ones house, so much easier. They were responsive, quick to action and in constant communication (but not too much). From the initial discussions with Alfie Borszcz right through to the viewings, offers and legals with Katherine Ellis, they have been truly brilliant. I was dreading this process but Alfie and in particular Kathy made it so smooth.
I can't actually believe we are at the end of the journey with the house sold and completed in 3 months. Thank you so much.

Bridges Estate Agents Lettings have made my property search journey stress free, I was very impressed with the level of service from the whole team. From starting with an awful experience with other local agents, Bridges soon turned my experience into a positive one.
Due to having quite a wide search area, Sean and the Aldershot team, Mitch and the Camberley team and Dean and the Farnborough team listened to our needs and were very quick and knowledgeable to tell us of any new instructions coming to the market. This was so helpful as we did have a deadline to met.
A special thank you to Callum, who helped us find a property that suited all our needs and as you can imagine we had many questions, but Callum was always very efficient in answering them.

Hands down the worst Agency I've dealt with and I have been renting for year's. From the first offer falling through, to putting an offer on another rental property and waiting for day's with no communication/update and having to constantly chase. To trying to arrange a second viewing of the property before moving in, but being ignored...to then moving in to find out the Landlord had removed the built in wardrobes, which meant having to fork out extra money. Would've been nice to have been told beforehand! To not being told that we'd need access to a key for the carpark barrier so the removal van could enter the carpark to unload our furniture etc.(luckily a neighbour helped us out) We've also only received one fob to enter the building, when there's 2 of us. So inconvenient. A week later, still waiting for another fob, no update as to how long this will take. And the worst part of all- being told by the Landlord (by chance) that he will be selling the property within the next 6-12 months and that Bridges Hook knew this from the start. They conveniently withheld this information from us throughout the whole process, offering a 12 month
minimum long-term let...knowing full well that wouldn't be the case. I emailed them 2 day's ago as I want an explanation...haven't had a response! Communication is terrible and has been throughout. I'm shocked that such important information was withheld knowing full well we were looking for a long-term let. They are dishonest.

Any company that continues to do business with abusive landlords is a red flag. We were harassed and bullied, and Bridges did nothing to assist as the middle man. The fact they still do business with this particular landlord is disappointing, and we worry for the new tenants in the house that may experience the same horrible treatment. I hope in future Bridges reconsider who they partner with and how this can impact their reputation.

I decided that Aldershot could be somewhere to relocate my family to, so I called Bridges and to my delight spoke to Miss Reece Khutan, who after a ten minute conversation completely understood all my needs. She had excellent local knowledge, a professional approach & very accommodating. Looking forward to working with her in the foreseeable future. Reece is definitely a credit to Bridges!

Practically wanted a mortgage in place before even a viewing. Or of course you could talk to their financial advisor LOL!!

Scam Company!

After having inspected a property for one of their purchasers I advised the client to revise their offer in light of the surveyors report and my own observations. The agent was insistent that the purchaser was unable to withdraw from the sale at such a late stage. despite not having exchanged contracts. This advice was obviously not correct as I explained to my clients. Honesty in any business is paramount and
I Nothing more than a jumped up car sales man.

I cannot praise Laura Attrill from the Bridges Aldershot branch enough. She has been extremely professional, always efficient and without doubt a total pleasure to speak with.
