The team is very friendly and clear in their descriptions of the software. It is very easy to follow along with the explanations of each subject. It's fantastic to know the team I am working with are genuine people that are easy to talk to.

The person guiding me through the platform has a good communication skill. She explains all function within the platform well, she doesn't speak too fast or too slow, and she does not have a difficult accent to understand, which makes a great learning experience.

Drew Hopper at Bright HR was excellent. He attentively listened to my needs for the session, provided thorough explanations, and followed up with an email containing all relevant information.
