Do not use this company. Shoes received not the ones advertised or ordered, the response received back makes it virtually impossible to return the product and offered 10% refund which is a joke, so if you are thinking of using this company DO NOT.

Boots I ordered were not what I received quality was very poor and the customer service is disgusting what a waste of £25 There only fit or the dustbin

Misleading advertising and a disappointing experience

This company definitely needs to take a closer look at its practices. Influencers advertise boots that look nothing like the products customers actually receive.

If you have a problem with your order, don't assume getting a refund will be straightforward. Keep all your evidence, including screenshots of the original advert and photographs of the boots you received. If the retailer refuses to resolve a legitimate dispute, consider contacting your bank to discuss a chargeback.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described. If what you receive is materially different from what was advertised, you may be entitled to a refund. Consumers should not have to accept products that don't match what they were led to expect.

Based on my experience, I would urge other customers to exercise caution before ordering.

Sent the wrong colour and they ignore my emails the quality is poor and they look really cheap

If I could give a minus score I would. Boots advertized are NOT what you receive. They arrived scrunched in a tiny plastic bag, made of felt or some such material, cheap plastic soles and falling apart, colours didnt even match. There was NO QUALITY about these items and I threw them straight in the bin. They state they are from Loudlook... they most certainly are not and I am surprised that Loudlook are not taking legal action against this absolute SHAM/CON MERCHENT.

Ordered boots and nothing like advertised! Poor quality! Came with a rip in them there was barely any sole think if I’d have worn them on a wet day I would have been bare foot!
Don’t waste your money would have cost me more to send them back!

I ordered size 6 boots that unfortunately didn’t fit so wanted to return them. I was advised that I would have to pay for postage costs which would be expensive. I was also warned that it could take 1 mth to return the package which could be lost! My alternative was to receive a partial refund! I paid £23.98 and received a refund of £3.79!!! I should defo have checked out reviews before buying from this company!

If i could give this seller a zero i would.Ordered a pair of boots and i had a pair of hideous boots delivered.Nothing like the pair that i ordered.After e mailing them they would not acknowledge that they had sent me the wrong pair and i would have had to pay to send them back.I think they go by "Ross shoes"and "Jones shoes"They are a scam company so beware.I am going to report their website and put reviews on all their posts on facebook.

I would give them zero if I could. The boots are NOTHING like those advertised and one was snapped inside. Cheap rubbish! Now fighting for a refund, which I expect will be a non starter. Hopefully Paypal will refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give a 0 I would. I would highly avoid this company like the plague. I ordered some lovely shoes that originally arrived damaged and when I say damaged only one shoe arrived, my order was damaged and opened during transit, so the courier send the shoe back, then was told that wouldn't happen because the warehouse was in China so the shoe was delivered back to me, but the problem was the shoe was missing so that ment the package was empty.

After contacting the courier service they notified me that it was damaged and the the company had to contact them to get proof of damaged goods. But what a lazy fraudulent company didn't do that and would not listen, I sent photo proof, absolutely everything and still all I got was, it was delivered and that's all they cared about. All I got was an empty package and a crap 20% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked here before buying. Ordered 2 pairs of mary janes. Really poor quality. Very cheap plastic. Shoes were in a zip lock bag with nothing else. They were bent and creased. 1 of the shoes had a broken buckle which I had to fix myself but the other 1 of the shoes was baby blue when I ordered red. I don't wear blue shoes so Contacted them and they wanted me to pay for a return. £25 to send to China when it was them who made the mistake. Customer service disgraceful. This company has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They sent me the wrong item, but despite contacting them many times, they refuse to send the correct one or issue a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Do NOT waste your money. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Took agea to arrive and when they finally did arrive completely different shoes.
Company refusing to pay for me to send them back (I have to cover the cost) even though this is their error. Postage is £25 not going to pay that when the shoes together were £37 have photos as proof and their email response is disgraceful

Very cheap and nasty plastic shoes, not as reflected in the picture. Customer service pretend not to be able to find your order. Then after being persistent and providing proof, they state you have to ship back to China at your own expense with no guarantee of a refund. Avoid and believe the rubbish reviews!

I ordered a pair of sandals which took weeks to arrive with no communication at all. I emailed twice to chase the order with no reply. They finally arrived today and were a completely different sandal to advertised and photo. Totally let down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
When I finally found their returns policy it seems that I will have to pay to return them it’s disgusting . I am not going to bother what a waste of £20

Awful company. Ordered shoes that took almost 3 weeks to arrive and when they did, they were not the ones I ordered. They were a cheap slide on.
Wish I had read the reviews prior to buying them as every one of them is correct. Waiting for them to reply to my email but not expecting much if the reviews are anything to go by 👎🏻

Please please don’t order anything from this joke of a company. I ordered a pair of slippers size 11. The ones they sent were different to the picture and a size 9.5-10. When I contacted them they said I could either keep the ones that don’t fit and get a 5% refund (rising to 20%), or if I wanted a pair that fits me I had to send them back to China at my own expense for a mistake they made.
