The company is a scam. Ordered a pair of boots and received a pair completely different and extremely poor quality. Don’t waste your money. Emailed with photos and was Offered 10% refund or I return them at my cost.

This website is a scam. I ordered the Malibu Blowfish boots shown clearly in their photos on their website and they sent me some cheap low quality boots that look nothing like the ones on their website. They offered me a partial refund or to return them for a full refund. I'm going to send them back to China but I'm not sure I'll get a refund and I will have paid a fortune for the boys and to return them for nothing.

Didn’t receive the boots I ordered and they weren’t even the right size! Return address is China and they won’t pay for return. Maximum refund offer 20% of product price, and keep product!
DO NOT order from this company.
I read the reviews after and tried to cancel immediately and they told me I couldn’t because they had been dispatched, which was impossible!

Boots look nothing like I ordered, look cheap and nasty

I ordered a lovely pair of boots. They took 3 weeks to arrive which I didn’t mind as they’re coming from far away. They sent a completely different pair of boots to the ones I ordered.
I contacted them and was told I could return the boots but postage is expensive and risky. They will not cover the return postage cost. They offered me a 10% refund. This conversation with them is ongoing although I am not hopeful I will get a refund.

Lesson learned I suppose. Poor quality, squashed in transport shoes small to the size. Return virtually impossible - request via email and send back to China pay for it yourself - wait for an outcome.

Absolutely awful !! Do not buy ! They sent wrong shoes and wrong size ! Then said I had to find a logistics company that will return them and I would have to pay as it’s very expensive ! Even though there website says guaranteed returns !
Also apart from wrong colour and wrong size shoes are very poor quality!

Shocking company. Wrong shoes sent, I was advised to pay to return them, and offered 10% refund for an error that they made. Avoid them completely.

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered a pair of slip on sandals from an online advert and when they arrived they were a completely different style of sandals to the photo. I did not like them at all. I emailed the company and they couldn’t even say why the original sandals hadn’t been delivered. They offered me a 10% discount of the purchase price! Absolute scam. Do not waste your money. You won’t get what you’ve ordered. The photos online are probably from another website and they probably don’t even have the products. Stay clear of this company!

3 WEEKS AFTER ODERING AND NO DELIVERY... WHAT IS GOHOING ON ?

I bought a pair of sandals that were advertised as slip in sandals so as I have mobility issues with my hands ordered them. When they came they were not slip ins just sandals to pull on. I emailed for return address and they offered me 10% refund £2.40 and keep sandals as the return postage would be more than I paid for them. This is not acceptable. Keep clear of this company as it is false advertising.

This company needs to be shut down!!! Please read reviews before purchasing, I didn’t 😭Shoes when arrived were not the shoes I purchased and totally the wrong colour. Customer service 😂they apologised for my unpleasant experience and offered a 10% refund, of which I flatly refused. They then upped it to 20% with the following message :-The refund only covers the product cost you paid, excluding shipping costs.）

They sent me a very different pair of shoes than what I ordered. I am not happy about this.

I ordered the Women's V-neck Mid-length Sleeve Spliced Hem Basic Top, BLACK/L（US10-12). It's fits like a size small and it is mid waist length. The material is thin and almost see-through. This is NOT at all what the image showed when I chose to purchase the product. Another scam company! Also Dragonfly delivery showed Italy as the destination. This is a Chinese product due to it's packaging upon arrival. Buyer beware. This is not a credible company. Images are not the same as what arrives at your doorstep.

They sent the wrong shoes which were very poor quality and wanted me to pay to return for a refund which would have been very expensive- gave me 20% of the cost back not including cost of postage- what a con!

Ordered sandals, to which they sent a completely different sandal to which I ordered. When I complained, told me to send them back, for which I was expected to pay for return to China.
I gave them the benefit of doubt, as I really wanted original sandals. I ordered the same original sandal again, and when they arrived, yes you guessed it, sent the wrong sandal again. Would not give me a refund for the mistake they had done. Expected me to pay for return to China at my cost.
Do not use this company, they are useless, and customer service is diabolical.

I received my delivery and they were the wrong colour and style, the refund is around £3.00 if you don’t want to spend a fortune of your own money to return them so they have turned out to be very expensive shoes! I’m furious.

Don’t waste your time or money ordering from here. The boots I received were nothing like what I ordered and they wanted me to pay to send them back to China! If I could give zero stars I would.

This company is a scam and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
They sent me the wrong sandals which were also poorly made and had a dent in them. When I emailed regarding return they kept going back and forth with ridiculous offers of 15%, then 20% refund and demanded I pay the return postage. After 3 emails of complete mockery I decided to cut my losses and tell everyone not to order from this company as their products are not as advertised and they are a scam.
