Ordered a woman's Classic Panama Hat, size XL.
The hat itself was poorly packaged and the brim was irreparably damaged. The box was also damaged. The size was unmarked on the hat and seemed more like a one size fits all, so it was too small. I initiated a return. My return options were:
1) to keep the hat and receive a 20% refund and 20% discount on my next purchase, or
2) return that hat for a full refund AND pay international return shipping costs including possible customs duties; and risk a long wait time to receive the item, and possible loss of the item in transit.

I won't be using the future discount.

Do not be deceived by this website. I ordered two cowboy hats based on the photos and price. I received two disgusting hats that did not match the photos in style or color. They weren't worth $ 5.00 total. I contacted Brimsworth several times to set up a return and they never contacted me.
