Terrible product. Claims made in us but comes from overseas. Arrives damaged in bags not hat box. Material is cheap felt not beaver. Took 6 weeks to receive and were significantly damaged. Does not respond to return requests.

We ordered a hat based on the Fox News advertisement for this site. Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming Fox. It was an ad. They were paid to run it. I paid $69.00 for the hat. It arrived 3 weeks later. It was not shipped in a box as advertised, which wouldn't have mattered since it is a Halloween costume hat. I'm serious. Found the EXACT hat on Amazon for $17.99. Cheap felt, looks NOTHING like the photo, is 'one-size-fits-all' rather than the size ordered, and is falling apart right out of the plastic bag in which it was sent. So, one might think, "Lesson learned" regarding ordering on the internet, but I'm that annoyed. I filed a complaint with the FTC, Fox News, American Express, and anyone else I could think of. This aggression will not stand!!

The quality of the hat was as low as it could be. It arrived in a bag, not a box, and was wrinkled and dented. The bag was thrown away and trying to return the junk, their customer service wanted the original packaging and all the labels on it. They would not allow me to return the hat for a refund. I will never purchase from them again.

This is a Chinese scam. Delivery takes forever. Hat was shipped in a plastic bag and was smashed. Very cheap construction maybe appropriate as a prop for a local theater group. Return is impossible. Took about a month and a half to get a 40% refund and keep a hat which went straight in the trash.

OMG they charged me for a real hat and sent me what seemed to be a kids birthday cowboy hat Please stay away from this company . I was shocked !Having purchased cowboy Hats from other companies for years

I ordered a Cowboy hat ! And got a Hillbilly want to be hat ! What do you expect from false advertisement. Apparently from Colorado ,but made in Taiwan. Lorenzo Tomas you suck !

Ordered a hat and never received it. I have tried contacting them but can’t get a hold of anyone. Seems I got scammed.

Hat received in a plastic shipping bag.. It was crushed. Material and sizing not as advertised. Refunding is impossible. Cheap Chinese crap.

Misleading and false representation. In addition they provide lulling delaying complicated process to discuss a refund or return of item. I ordered 2 hats on straw 20x and one felt. When received they were each in a plastic bag stuffed into a too small box and are crumpled and creased. They are like children toy hats. They do not hold shape and are of cheap poor material. The sizes are not even close. The 29x straw is like flimsey weave. The felt hat is the wrong color and size and does not represent the hats in the pictures

Complete crooks. Sold me a Resistol Colt staw hat ( advertised to be shipped in a box). A month later, a Chinese made, crushed straw hat, in an unmarked plastic bag showed up at my door. Fortunately, I used AmEx Plantinum to purchase. When I reported these scam artists, I received a credit in 5 minutes. AmEx closed the dispute in my favor, about 5 minutes later. Go AmEx and NEVER TRUST ROCKHATTER!!

I purchased a hat, which took 6 weeks to arrive; it was supposed to be shipped in a box, but it came in a bag like Amazon. The hat was bent, the color was wrong, the size was wrong, and not even close to the website photo. The return request was a joke. this website needs to be taken down.

Rock Hatter is a sham business located either in China or Far East. Unfortunately I placed three orders from them. The first order was missing a key item and I complaint and they do not address the issue for a refund of $49.99. The materials used is junk and poor quality. They do not care for customer and their response in the English language never responds to the complaint. Unfortunately, they have failed to refund on my first order the mount for the missing item. Additionally, the other orders are coming and I expect poor quality items and negligence in their packing and delivering .

Received the hat we ordered. It was not the correct size. No size marking on interior of hat. It was shipped in a plastic sack with a plastic insert to help keep the hat from being crushed. They asked for video of product, pics to be sent before they would discuss a refund. I was offered a 20% refund. I said not acceptable and requested a full refund, and a shipping label. They counter offered a 40% refund no shipping label. Or I pay refund fees and pay for shipping. I should have searched reviews on this company before buying!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. What a rip off. I ordered a hat and was given one that did not even somewhat look like the one I ordered. It was sent in a flimsy bag and completely crushed as well. When I complained I was told I keep the hat (it's garbage) and get 20% back. I denied that and was told I could get 40% back. I also denied that and was told I had to pay to ship it back (china) and I would have to wait months for my money back. Which is probably a lie any way

Terrible product, worse customer service. I ordered 2 hats of different colors. They did, eventually, send 2 hats but the same exact color. The only info to reach them is a customer service email. I sent numerous emails explaining the situation and asking that they send me the second hat with the correct color, and offered to send back the duplicate hat. They have never responded to any of my emails and have never sent the correct hat. In addition, the hat material is crap! Very cheap and flimsy material! Nothing is as advertised, not the product and not the customer service. Terrible!

AVOID this business. They will ship you a 2nd rate hat in a plastic bag and when you receive it, it will be crushed. They will offer you a 20% discount and you can keep a crushed hat the is totally unwearable. This is absolute junk not the fine quality they talk about.

Their website is extremely misleading. The items shown on the website are not the same as those shipped.

They do not ship items in boxes, just plastic sacks and the items arrive mis-shaped. They will not refund your full purchase price, only 40% maximum.

Save your money. Poor customer service. Poor product. What you get is not what you ordered. Another Chinese company who will play YOU for the fool.

Rock Hatter presented as an American company located in Colorado, Rock Hatter sent products in the wrong size, unusable! now want's product sent to China before issuing a refund, I never would have purchased if I had known country of origin was China
