British Home Buyers found a buyer for my property within 4 weeks. The house had previously been on the market for over a year with another agent. The process of marketing and sale was handled with efficiency and good humour. Thank you in particular to Jodie and Robert.

I tried using two or three High Street estate agents when I decided to put my apartment up for sale.
And whilst they generated lots of interest they never got a deal over the line.
That's why I decided to try something different and went with British Homebuyers.
Great decision - they found a buyer for my lovely flat and it is now sold.

Really pleased that we decided to go with British Homesellers following a recommendation. Having had a poor experience with a local estate agent it was a pleasant surprise to find a company that keep you up to date with everything that is happening and somehow managed to get us a load more viewings than the local agent. They provided very good advice on the best way to market our property and although the sale took a while, this was through no fault of British Homesellers. We would happily recommend and would certainly use again if we were to move in the future.

Had my property on the market with a reputable estate agent for a few months, only had 3 viewings and no feedback. Received a leaflet through my door from British home buyers and decided to give it a go spoke to Sabrina who was lovely and very helpful in getting us started i got viewings quickly followed up by feedback then sold my property within a few months.

We had a great experience with British Home Sellers from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and I was kept regularly updated, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

The team was professional and responsive, and always happy to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend British Home Sellers to anyone looking to sell their property.

We were struggling to sell our flat with a local (well respected) agent, so we decided a change was needed after 3 months. We happened to get a leaflet through from British Homebuyers around this time, so we checked reviews and decided to give them a shot.

Within a few weeks we’d had 3x as many viewings than with the previous agent, which eventually led to a sale.

The experience is slightly different to your usual local agent, as it’s all sorted over email/phone. But this didn’t impact our experience negatively.

Everyone we spoke to was helpful, and we could often get a speedy response when we needed one.

Quick to get things live but then the momentum seemed to slow down so the turn around wasn’t as quick as we would have hoped. Otherwise amazing communication from all the team at all stages. When the sale did happen the handover was seamless and the rest of the process went smoothly.

They were very professional from the start, they kept in touch and informed us every step of the way. The service
they gave was second to none.
They told us what we could expect from them and they kept their word and delivered.
I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone needing estate agent services

Are they for real?

Received a speculative letter offering to purchase my property for 50% less than it’s worth. Claim to have dealt with a similar property in the next village.

If you want to sell your property, check Zoopla rather than deal with these “comedians” or use a local estate agent.

Clearly they have no experience in the area

British Homebuyers really are changing the landscape of QUALITY Estate Agents!!

My property was on the market for over ONE year. I went from one good prominent local agent to a second. They did their best; I had a few offers but try as they might, THREE potential purchasers each in turn dropped out (one at the last minute, just before exchange) each time with no explanation.

So in the 13th month of no sale, I put my property on the market with British Homebuyers (BH). I was inundated with interest!!! Nearly 30 people wanted to view the property in the first few days of advertising it with BH. EVERY step of the way the very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff (every one of them) kept me fully informed and gave me excellent advice.

Turns out that the difficulty was that the council had incorrectly put a neighouring property's £9K CIL charge against my property. BH found me a buyer who was keen enough to ensure their solicitor informed me so I was able get this error rectified. I sold the property above asking price.

Well what can i say this company were fantastic as we are in our seventies we did find it very stressful we sometimes found the paperwork a bit daunting,but the staff helped us through everything there was always someone to explain things when we rang them which was quite a lot so i would definitely recommend this company

After having my house on the market for over 12 months and using the services of not one but two local estate agents, the property remained unsold. I received a letter through the post at the property from British Home Sellers, and made a call; my property had an offer on the table in 6 weeks. I wish I had known about British Home Sellers earlier. I would have saved myself a lot of money as the property was empty and costing money each month it remained unsold.

Great communication, prompt service and lovely people to deal with

After struggling for 6 months to sell our property with Estate agents, myself and my ex decided to give these guys a go and never regretted it.

Within the first month we had more viewings then the previous six and had an offer which led to the completion of our property. Molly and Fallon were also a huge help as they kept us informed and often checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process.

I highly reccomend using these guys.
They are a little more expensive then your average Estate Agent but they get results and give peace of mind on a stressful time.

British Home Sellers (Molly) were polite and helpful from the off, quickly marketing our property and offering help and good advice along the way. When an offer was accepted we were passed onto the progressions team but the service and friendly, helpful attitude remained. In fact, the progressions team (Fallon) helped with buyers solicitors when they were deemed to be dragging their feet. Our previous local Estate Agents were far from proactive and that's why we went on-line and selected BHS as our agents. A very good decision in hindsight. Thank you BHS team, you were great.

They helped me and were honest in their dealings with me.Got in touch during sale to make sure things were going ok and were interested in what was going on.

After putting our house up for a sale with a local estate agent and have no interest or viewings we decided to change and sell through British home buyers. We wish we had done this from the start! They were very thorough and attentive, always checking in with us and we secured a viewing within a week of it being advertised with them( who then made an offer!) The solicitor they advised to use was also brilliant and helped us through the whole selling process.
