From start to finish my whole sale took 8 weeks, very available advisors, really filtered appropriate buyers for the sale, communication was open and clear throughout.

My flat was practically unselleable, so I was dubious when I first received their letter and read 'guaranteed sale., but British Home Buyers managed to sell to the first viewers through the door. The transition from the selling team to the progression team was smooth.
Molly was my representative in the selling team, and she was absolutely lovely. Molly provided me with regular updates and asked any questions I had.
I was then passed to Charles, one of the managers in the progression team, due to my sale being more complex. Charles was always on hand, answering questions, providing me with updates, even messaging me when he was in France to keep on top of things.
I had lost all hope that my flat would sell, and I would be stuck there forever. However, British Home Buyers proved me wrong. I can't thank them enough.

British Home Sellers were a great team - very professional, warm and friendly. Kept us informed at all times. Charles was extremely helpful in pushing through the sale to completion - a real gentleman. We would recommend British Home Sellers.

No views/ no sale
Unable to sell my house, no views. I decided to take it off with them, then the day before it ended a buyer wanted to, but no show! When I messaged they said no where to park! There was spaces outside my house and there was space outside my garage!

Excellent communication and really lovely and proactive team that kept me updated at every stage and were always very quick to respond. In particular, Charles was genuinely invested in smoothing out last minute issues and I really felt that he cared about me as a person and not just another client! Great job, thank you.

We used British Homebuyers to sell out house after bad experiences with two other agents.

The level of service was absolutely amazing, and we ended up getting an offer quickly.

The whole process was great, Molly and Charles really went above and beyond. We were particularly impressed with the level of communication from the team who kept up very well informed throughout.

We had been disillusioned with the usual high street agents so when I spoke to James at BHB, it seemed to tick all the boxes. He was great at answering all of our questions, big or small, and generally making the whole process very smooth. Will and the team of agents were so approachable and always reminded me that they worked for us, so I felt like we had control, although very much guided and supported by BHB. Alex was there at the end of process, whilst we completed on our sale, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. The whole process was a breath of fresh air and although their fees are higher than the usual agents, it is worth it for peace of mind.

I had my reservations at the start. However, that was all put to bed when I started the process. They were brilliant!

I was kept updated and all the employees were really friendly and accommodating. If a call went to voicemail, they always called you back.

Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith, and on this occasion, it paid off.

After a nightmare with our first estate agent, we selected to go with British Homebuyers, the whole process of listing the property has easy and swift. Kept us informed the whole way.
Had our first request for a viewing about 24hrs after going live. Within a week we had an offer on the property and 9 weeks later we moved into our new house. Pretty much a stress free process! Thanks BH, you've been out of this world! 10/10

Each stage of the sale was dealt with by professional and courteous staff who kept me regularly updated. I was unable to find a buyer using local estate agents so I'm glad I decided to switch to British Homebuyers. Would recommend them to anybody selling a property.

I had my property up with 3 differant estate agents over the past 3 years with only about 5 viewing of which I felt 2 were being nosey.
I saw British home buyer, probably online, a thought I shall give them a go which I am so glad I did.
They got a viewing for us within the first 2 week, it may have been less. The first viewer loved it and left please with what she saw, and came back a few days later saying it was Idea and wanted to bye, it took a long time due to the fact that it was the church with commitees to go through member of which are volentary workers and only did it part time, anyway it was getting a long wait but Charles, my contact was brilliant chasing them and keeping me updated, at times I was phoning every day and felt I was being a pest but Charles was get and didnt mind, well thats what he said🤔😄

The envelope was marked "Private and Confidential" and yet no specific named addressee.
I have continually sent back these letters marked" return to sender ,unsolicited junk mail".
I have a contracted sales agent already.
This company is finding homes advertised for sales and flooding the owners with mail shots.
This company is based well over 100 miles away, no local knowledge so how can they have "Taken an interest in your property in particular"(sic)
They have even "assisted with a property near you "(sic) nowhere near me!!!!!
The one star they earn is for keeping my postie in employment.
I have again sent back marked "unsolicited return to sender"

UPDATE IN RESPONSE THE THE REPLY 19TH FEB.

I have been asked to provide my email address ,name and phone number by this company on separate communication from Trustpilot.
NO!
and NO,I will not email this company direct.
I only give personal details to a company I wish to have dealings with!
I send the postal correspondence back to the postal address on the envelope ,marked "unsolicited" remove from list and similar. Sometimes I have returned the same with same message across the letter inside.
This is the advised method to deal with unwarranted communications that arrive in the post.
It is quite obvious that this company does not take any notice of which addresses have returned their unwanted missives.
No, you are not having my name, nor my address.

Try reading the Estate Agents Code of Ethics ,which states that one should not poach a client already signed up under contract to another agent.

I contacted the company after looking at a property on Rightmove.

A week later I was sent a homebuyers report following communication from them which was somewhat fraught.

The homebuyers report having viewed many was poor with disambiguation and misspelling.

Overall I was dissatisfied with the service

We tried to sell our property but struggled with viewings. Once our contract ended, we approached BHB. Nathan was great at getting the details and creating the advert. From there on, Molly helped arrange viewings and we had more viewings in 7 days than we had in 6 months. Molly managed through until we had an accepted offer. Charles from progressions took over and managed the buyer’s expectations and communications. He was valuable, given we were buying a new build there was a lengthy wait. He kept the buyer up to date regularly without us or them chasing.

Overall, a great experience and we would 100% recommend.
