I used BRM legal to do the conveyancing for the sale of my property in Newcastle. Tabassam was my point of contact and he has been very helpful and most importantly efficient through this process and was always contactable with speedy replies

I have used this company on advice of an estate agent. My first experience was initially good until the conveyancer seemed to be absent for two weeks. This held up the sale to the point that it became unstable. I was then passed to a second conveyancer who seemed at first reluctant. However once we established communication things improved. Whilst there were many ups and downs the sale finally went through. Tabassam Amin pulled it through and he did the best he could in difficult circumstances.

Liked the online system the used, but twice they told us the incorrect completion figure. Then 6 weeks after completion contacted us for more money for some deed of covenant fee that we had not been made aware of at any point during the process. Totally unprofessional!

Dania Shuaib was fantastic from start to finish of our conveyancing process, she was so proactive in getting updates and chasing the other end who were quite slow and made sure things were moving. This is usually unheard of when conveyancing so it was a nice surprise to say the least at how efficient and competent BRM were. We would definitely use Dania again! Thank you so much

Avoid at all cost if you can. My experience of dealing with Mujtaba Afzal at BRM Legal has been terrible.

Poor response, terrible customer service skills, terrible communications, argumentative, asked the same questions over and over, slow to respond to other parties solicitor questions, so much we were asked to get him to respond. Just terrible service.

Doesn't like it when you point out that he is incorrect in his understanding etc.
