Everything went smoothly, and Jim was very helpful throughout the process.

Very nice to talk to on the phone. Driver was polite and all business. felt sorry for him it was almost 100 degrees. Delivered on time like he said he would. The person he delivered it to gave him a tip and that person is very cheap. In 47 years he has never given me a extra dollar!

Buyer beware! I had a very disappointing experience. I signed a contract for $1,200 and paid a $300 deposit after being told everything was set. After waiting two days for my car to be picked up, I was told they couldn’t find a driver at the agreed price and would now charge $1,600. My car was never picked up, and my request for a refund remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Before signing the contract, I specifically asked if the quoted price was final because I could not afford for it to increase. I was assured it would not. Based on that promise, I signed the contract. Then, when it came time to actually pick up my vehicle, I was told it would cost more because they couldn’t find a driver at the agreed upon price. If the quoted price wasn’t realistic, that should have been disclosed before I signed the contract not when I was one day away from my flight and had no time to make other arrangements.
To make matters worse, my friend booked with this same company weeks in advance for peace of mind and then the day of her pickup was told it was going to cost more. That completely defeats the purpose of booking ahead!
Because of this, we both had to scramble to figure out how we were going to get our cars to Florida, rethink travel plans, and deal with an unbelievable amount of unnecessary stress. You’re not just moving cars you are affecting people’s schedules, finances, jobs, and major life events. Reliability matters in this industry and this company is not that!
My advice is simple: Even with everything in writing they went against our contract that is fraud and they're not to be trusted even when you get everything in writing please be careful this company deserves to have there license revoked due to dishonest practice and fraud

Had a good experience working with James on transporting a 2001 Jaguar XK8 in Florida. From the first call to delivery, everything went smoothly. Communication was consistent and straightforward, and the whole process felt well organized. Easy to work with and reliable , I’d be happy to work together again on future shipments.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. It was the worst experience of my LIFE. They texted me over and over saying there could transport my vehicle for 550. A rated they came up with. When I responded I was told there would be a reservation fee. I was reluctant and stop responding. I was then told…. They would waive the reservation fee. So… I booked with them. He sent me a contract and I signed. My car was supposed to be picked up on the weekend. NOTHING HAPPENED. I informed the company that Monday delivery would be a prb but I could POSSIBLY make it work since they couldn’t deliver as promised. I was sent another contract with the reservation fee added. I signed it Bcz At this point… just WHATEVER. I spoke with Bruce on Sat pick up day who told me there were no drivers available.
Wellll why did you have me commit to something? I’ll tell you why. Bcz this company over promises and under delivers! I was called
Today and told I could get my car delivered for 850. I told them you can pay the 300.
I signed a contract for 550. It was a huge scam to lock me in a contract and take a reservation fee by quoting a lower
Price with NO intention on finding a driver that would transport for that price. Bruce was rude and yelled at me. Terrible
