Being in the U.S. and ordering from Australia, my several online orders have gone smoothly. If you pay attention to each item’s DIFFERENT measurements, you can hit your sizes! With this said, I’ve ordered my usual Small, an item in Medium, and even a Large and all fit perfectly because of the attention to detail. Cute things, good quality, and decent shipping time, considering it’s international.

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve never bought from you before but being persuaded by social media I thought I would. Products arrived quickly. 2 Nora sets ~ one in a 12 and one in a 10. The brown 12 was see through and smaller in size than the oat 10. Weird. I sent back the brown due to the fact you could see my knickers though the material. Oat one was fantastic!!! Loved it!! Hand washed it in cold and it shrank ALOT!!!! Have sent it back too. Already have the refund for that one. But the brown well that’s gone to VIC, back to WA, back to VIC and now it’s back in WA!!! I used the return label provided by bronze snake and posted it 3 weeks ago! Just give me the refund please. Unfortunately as a first time customer I won’t ever recommend or buy again. Shame as the clothes look great!

Such a change from the high fashion of High St - Country Rd, Scanlan & Theodore & Seed etc, They have been around for too long. I don’t want to look like everyone else l want to dress to reflect my personality. I am in my 60’s so retired & like to dress casually but with an edge, This can be dressed up if you are younger. You showed me how great the relaxed look is & l love it. Plus it looks great on me. Out with the tighter pants. I just bought “Jay Denim Pant Dark Indigo” they look great on me. The quality is excellent too. A nice weight, sturdy but drapes nicely. I also bought the Maddie Pants Khaki. They are a lighter weight for hot weather. Love the colour. I was really pleased with the excellent quality of the 2 long sleeve & 2 short sleeve Tshirts. Love the colour combinations too. Looking for a low rise denim black or charcoal pants. Not much around. Going skiing in Canada for a few months. Will be looking for Winter gear when l get back. Cheers Diane

Amazing customer care support when I accidentally ordered to pick up from the wrong location. My error was rectified by customer care staff within a couple of hours.

I ordered the Anisa dress in chocolate brown and absolutely love it! The material is very soft and has stretch. The ruching is really attractive as it sits lower on the hips and goes all the way around. I wore it to a big Thanksgiving dinner and it was a hit! Got many compliments and women wanting to know where I got it! I told them that the whole process was very easy, that I received it much quicker than I expected. I also ordered two in different sizes to see which one worked best. When I sent one back, I received a refund quite quickly. All in all very pleased with my experience and will definitely continue to purchase from Bronze Snake!

I ordered 5 pieces (all tops) online on Black Friday sale and they arrived at my door in 2 days. OMG I loved every single one of them. Sent me the wrong items and then told me the item I had already bought in reality not in stock. Was told several different things by different customer service reps over a couple of days - all contradictory and confusing. I received an email saying the item was back in stock - it wasn’t. Only option to order the wrong size but with $15 Aus off 😂 … so poor. My refund did not arrive but was shrewd it had been sent, in reality it had been sent to someone else. Probably the person who received my item incorrectly. Issue remains unresolved at the time of this writing. I have no clothes and no refund.

I have purchased from bronze snake a couple of times and have found them to be fantastic! Beautiful clothing, fabulous materials and fast delivery. I had great service too when I needed to exchange my garment for a another size, all too easy and again quick delivery. Highly recommend.

I love your gear but sometimes your clothes run really small

The clothes are very pretty but they are very see tru and thin. It’s not worth it for the price!
