I loved that they acknowledged and appreciated the effort I went into reviewing their products.
The clothes, I love that they have their own individual style and at 55yrs old I can wear them and feel great.

The dress I ordered was a completely different colour to how it appeared online. When I tried to return it I was charged £13 for a Royal Mail label which is fraudulently high. Bronze snake should be required to state that returns are expensive. Avoid this retailer.

Am from Newcastle and popped into the store in Melbourne. Have been buying from Bronze Snake online for a while now but going into the actual store was something else! The staff are Amazing!! Super friendly and very helpful.

I love your clothes and I am obsessed with the reels you post, I would only suggest that in you reels the models say what size they are wearing as I am an 8 and bought a s/m but it was not as oversized as I would have liked but I still looooove it. I also would have ordered a size up in the jacket but I am obsessed with everything that I have purchased and will be shopping plenty more 🤗

verrrrry cheaply made clothes. designs are cute but thin and poor quality material. thank god i got items on sale but i still wish i could return it.

I really love the style and designs from bronze snake and have been following them for a while so when I saw they were having a sale I jumped at the opportunity. My clothes arrived yesterday and I was pretty disappointed by the quality. I love the styles still but I’m very relieved that I didn’t pay full price. Also one of my items arrived with a different brand name on it, called “Thanne”. It’s a bit fishy and seems like everything is from China.

Great service, the design is nice but could have been made better. Elastic waist pants and no shape just makes it look a little bit cheap. The material is super see-through. I would rather pay a little bit more and have better quality.

My daughter and I were so impressed by the level of service from both the beautiful Isabella’s today. They greeted us with a friendly welcome, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and made sure we left completely satisfied. They couldn’t do enough for us. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. We purchased some beautiful outfits, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you both. 😊

DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND. Their refund/exchange policy is impossible to navigate and extremely misleading. $15 for a postal sticker that you have to print out yourself. I was told I would get a refund and got store credit. Useless as I never want to deal with these people again. Not unreasonable to expect a refund when buying online. Absolute rubbish.

The “Tasi Set” is so nice in black! Thick but super soft material—love!!! (Only downside of the black / all of them is that whatever size you order, that’s what you are getting in both the top and bottom—no “custom” set sizing—but with how nice the quality of material was in the black, I could put that one-size-fits-most sizing to the side because it was so nice).

The reason why I took 2 stars off though is because of the inconsistency of material with the different colour offered. I bought both Black and Chocolate for my order and the chocolate was significantly of lesser quality—was a scratchy material and definitely thinner which unfortunately meant that it would need to be ironed before wearing too (black you could pull out of your hamper and would good to wear).
And the another star off for only a 30 day window for returns. (I bought these sets for an oversees trip and by the time I got back I lost my opportunity to return the chocolate set).

Also might be user-error, but I thought it was sorta weird I couldn’t write a review on their website and had to go 3rd party. No stars removed for that, just an observation from this tech-illiterate.

Fast shipping, friendly service

Great brand. Fair prices in comparison. They cut things differently, use different fabrics and keep the designs simple. There are great videos and pics of everything so you know what you’re buying. Third order, will be more. Cheers!

My absolute favourite clothing store! The quality of their clothes is amazing and the prices are so reasonable. They have some beautiful pieces that you wouldn’t find in your typical fast fashion brands. I can’t recommend this place enough. Both of their closest stores to me are a little bit out of my way, but I will always make the drive because it’s so worth it!
