Outstanding. My hamster had a litter of babies and Brown's stocked a cage which is very hard to source. The delivery was very quick and they included an additional 3 packs of food and 3 disinfectants for the cages. Brilliant.

My dogs love the posh nosh (of course they do!) and enjoyed their Christmas presents (although they didn't last long ... one of my dogs is bit of a destroyer :)

I recently placed and order with browns for my family dogs Christmas presents. After making the order I was contacted to say they was out of one of the toys I’d ordered but was happy to replace with any toy of my choice regardless of cost. As I was making the swap they actually found their last toy I’d originally ordered which was great!

They then proceeded to add some extras to my order for the inconvenience (which it wasn’t, I was more than happy!)

Today my order arrived with the extras and they certainly went above an beyond!

Sent the wrong item. Was meant to send a new one for wed and said he would inc a couple of extras as a sorry. I’ve not received anything and now don’t have the heating I need for my gecko. I’ve emailed but got no response.
