Fast delivery, easy returns

I had to return my item but had no reply from many emails enquiring about it

Great shoes, good pricing (I did make use of some major discounts). I bought the Waya boots, took a long time debating as many reviews suggested the sizes were larger than usual. Ordered my regular size and they fit great.
Only concern I had after ordering was no email updates on when it was shipped etc. As it was sent with Evri's I had a little worry, but found their tracking information which eventually updated once it was out for delivery.

Love these platform trainers. Have them in 3 colours. So comfy, great price and quick delivery. Many thanks

Sandals took 10 days to arrive (second pair were dispatched). Arrived in a box that had been cut open previously - completely broken. Sandals - leather lovely and soft, however the buckles were tarnished and had glue on them - really poor finish. I then found out there were no free returns and had to pay £9 to return them. Needless to say I won't be buying from b.soleful again!

Loved these boots, they were just what I wanted. However, the zip wouldn't do up around my calf, so sadly had to return. : (

Just ordered the Axell - Black Leather flat form trainers from b.soleful. They are fab - I have so many flat form trainers and have paid nearly 3x this price in the past. I’m so delighted that I have orderd two more pairs - in silver and in pewter. These trainers are a little find and so so comfortable esp. for those with a slightly wider foot. Don’t hesitate !!! Definitely recommend. Fab fab fab 😊.

Received pair of trainers, one with quite a dirty lace. Contacted b.soleful and requested a replacement pair and within a few days I received an apology and laces sent out by return. Excellent service many thanks.

I originally ordered a pair of boots (which didn't get dispatched due to them being damaged). A member of the B.soulful team emailed me to offer me an apology and a discount for a different colour. They kept me informed and then sent another pair, out via next day delivery, which are beautifully made. They are a lovely company and I shall be ordering from them again.

Shoes in pewter, bought couple years ago,from b.soleful,was very comfy-literally was giving,walking on theclouds,feeling.Pitty that this style trainers discontinued.
But dissatisfied with Bath trainers:as even platform doesn’t give feet such comfort.
And another disappointment that isn’t free return-as these days loads of retailers provide free return labels and service.

Bought shoes. Looked lovely and liked them lots. Wearing them 1 time showed that the quality is not up to standard. Very sweaty and the sole is horribly plasticky. They won't accept return as I wore the shoes, so disappointed. Never again.

Item was too big so returned them nd haven't received acknowledgement of them recieving them or sorting out my refund. Contacted them for refund and no response. Will not be ordering off them and will be telling friends and family not to either.

These were my 6th and 7th pairs of b.soleful trainers - and as ever they didn’t disappoint! Delivery was fast and trainers are great quality, super-comfy and very cool.
