Trainers came quickly. They are nice, I think if I had not got them in the sale I may have returned them as when you walk you can see the slits in the tongue. But they were substantially cheaper than similar ones at Russell and Bromley.

Second pair of these . They are so comfortable. The service is great, speedy postage.

First purchase from B-Soleful. Force White sandals they are so very comfortable and stylish. I have had many compliments .

Great service, goods arrived when due snd all wrapped well. Sadly shoes did not fit but return was efficient (not free post) but refund landed in my account very quickly. Thanks.

Received a review request and yet I still haven’t received my order!

I bought the slip on chunky trainer. Great customer service and delivery. I would say that the tongue is very flimsy and you can see the elastic either side, there isn't enough material and it sticks out!
I probably wouldn't buy again as they are quite expensive and I'm not impressed with the shoe tongue.

I've now bought a pair of boots and two pairs of shoes from b.soleful and all of them have been top quality, soft leather, nicely made. When I've had to return a pair due to sizing etc. they've been quick to provide refund. Their customer service email comms is second to none and I was prompted to write this review as I was so happy with recent quick resolution of a problem with an order.

Sadly had to send them back . My first pair were great my second pair were too wide and the middle bit badly fitted the insole was awful !! Sorry not happy with the product!!

Very speedy delivery!

Bought 2 different sizes of Asti Nude (colour) trainers. Sometimes with trainers I am a 4 and sometimes a 5. The 4 was just a tiny bit snug. I wanted to keep the 5 but the side zips only opened about 1". I returned both pairs which then cost me much more than returning 1pair. So it's ashame that the size 5's were faulty.
I have not had confirmation that they have been received yet. I posted them approximately 14 days ago!
I'm not overly happy with my experience.
