There are already 650 identical reviews on here alone and I can see that banks have started to block payments to the company.

Even though the Bubbi home page says 'START CREATING IT IS FREE' written in large font on a large button to click - after spending some time editing a photo it then says the charge to download it is £1 which totally contradicts the home page claim that no credit card is required.

So after reluctantly paying £1 - you are not aware that they are now going to take £29 a month from you for a subscription that you never agreed to. I have just checked my credit card statements for the first time in 5 months while doing my tax return and spotted I have had £135 in total stolen from me.

I have reported the company to the UK Police Action Fraud and recommend everybody to do the same. I will look up the who the directors are and where their offices based.

Some people are struggling to feed their children each month. These online thieves need hunting down and locking up and banned from registering as company directors.

For me I need the subscription plan. This is an amazing program that helps us tremendously.

Después de pagar 1€ por reescalar una imagen, ahora resulta que me han cobrado 35€. No lo dejan nada claro cuando lo haces y si no eres muy meticuloso no lo ves.

NEVER in my life heard of the app or used it yet I noticed id been charged by it for the last 6months....I attempted a log in, there was an acct associated with my email, but I didnt have a password. So I reset the password to log in and cancel this sh!t, can only cancel by contacting them...now I keep ALL emails..I got emails back to when I created that email in 2015....I searched and searched there is ZERO record of me ever creating an account...ive reported it as fraud, changed all my passwords, and will await an email back from them and my credit card company to do their job.

Bubbi technology has been great. I got confused with payment but Bubbi was great gave me a discount for the misunderstanding. What I like is they respond quickly when I have questions via email.

Al leer opiniones negativas iba con miedo, pero si lees bien la letra pequeña en el momento de hacer el pago de 1€, te indica que tienes un periodo de prueba gratuito de 7 días y que al acabar se te facturará 35€/mes siempre que no lo canceles. Por tanto ellos ya te avisan al contratar un servicio. Si después no quieres seguir suscrito simplemente debes cancelar al plan de renovación.
Es verdad que podria estar más visible, porque se indica en letra pequeña, pero puedo confirmar que sí se avisa.

They make you think you're only paying $1 for a file conversion, but then they charge you $35 7-days later because they secretly signed you up for a monthly subscription. I contacted their customer service and told them I did not mean to subscribe, but they would only send me generic emails explaining how their subscription works. Bubbi.app will NOT give you a REFUND even if you do not use their service!

I like everyone else on here, didn't know that I had signed up for a subscription! Luckily my credit card company didn't authorise payment. So bubbi you can do one!!

Truffatori. Facendo richiesta di un logo vettoriale m hanno fatto sottoscrivere un abbonamento da 35 euro mensile.
Spero che presto intervengano le Iene. Provando a contattarli rimandano ad una mail che non ha nessun legame con essi.

Like many other reviews, I paid $1 to download an AI enhanced image then two weeks later was billed $35. On their website it says to cancel, log into the account that you created when you signed up. However I never signed up for anything nor created an account. The autobot replies to these reviews state that the terms of the subscription were disclosed during the checkout process. That is untrue. There is no email receipt of the $1 transaction or anything else for reference. This is a total scam

Very dishonest company using bait and switch tactics with their pricing model.

I paid 1$ for a one off transaction only to find that I have a 35$ a month subscription which I didn't sign up for. Subscription plan was buried somewhere in their process and not clearly communicated to the end user.

When subscription was initiated there was no e-mail to confirm or to notify me that the payment was to be taken, a first for ANY subscription service I’ve encountered, and a very dishonest business practice.

Lack of notification for subscription confirmation and billing, while legal per their T&Cs per their customer service, is realistically and effectively a scam.

To summarize, the product was mediocre for what I needed, requiring a lot of post processing for my application, and their business practices are horrendous.

Definitely avoid this company or you’ll have a 3500% pricing increase pop up on your credit statements for a subscription you weren’t notified of.

This company has stolen money from me having aquired my card details from an illicit source. They are now trying to tell me that I have an account depsite providing me with a fake email address. They ar enow tryign to hide behind a language barrier which I do not buy for one second. Do not engage with Bubbi.app under any circumstances.
