Die vielen unzufriedenen Nutzer beweisen das eindeutig! Die Antworten des Unternehmens, dass ja alles seine Richtigkeit hat, sind einfach unverschämt und verhöhnen die Betrogenen noch dazu! Hoffentlich werden sie irgendwann zur Rechenschaft gezogen!!!
Nachtrag: Ihre Antwort zu meiner Bewertung können sie sich sonst wo hin stecken!!! Sie sind BETRÜGER und das ist die einzige Wahrheit. Ihre Hinweise auf Hilfe sind Masken, zahlen sie den Betrogenen ihr Geld zurück! Und hören sie auf die Leute zu verarschen!!!

Please assist me in the confusing time, I have no idea how, you have my email linked to your site or a subscription from£1 to £29 every month to yourself?
let alone charging me for a service I have no idea what, who you are or how you even got my details.

Like most people i paid £1 as a one off fee for an image and a few weeks later they try to charge me £30.

I got charged 35 € after using them for one image AI upscaling! I did NOT know I was signing up for anything. Very scammy!!

I made a one-off payment of £1, only to later discover that I had been enrolled into a £29 per month subscription without my clear knowledge or consent. I absolutely did not sign up for any recurring subscription.

There was no confirmation email, no clear notification, and no transparent communication informing me that future payments would be taken. This lack of disclosure is extremely concerning.

I have contacted their support team to cancel immediately and am awaiting their response. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and exercise caution before making any payment.

It's a SCAM. I thought I was using it for a one-off free image edit, then they were taking money out of my account without realising. SCAM, AVOID.

Welcome email contains no information of the subscription, no upcoming charges. No emails. No receipts, only silent charges on the credit card. Obviously a business practice.

Support is responsive, but would not agree to refund all transactions. Technically, the service is good, but this misleading business practice should stop.

If everyone scammed pushes for a chargeback with the banks, Visa scam monitor will light like a Christmas tree, hopefully forcing the company to review their processes.

I happened to notice a regular monthly payment of €35 going out to Bubbi from our joint account since October 2025. My partner was trying out various graphics and CAD packages last year, so I asked her about it, as I wasn't aware that she used Bubbi, and it was costing far more than she would usually pay for that sort of thing.

When she searched her email history she could not find anything from Bubbi confirming a subscription. She was unaware that she had set up a monthly payment.

However the Bubbi website recognised her email and allowed her to do a password reset and cancel her account.

Checking here on Trustpilot I saw other people found that a small one-off purchase costing, say, less than a euro, was followed by a much larger monthly charge to their bank account without any email notification that they were now a subscriber. So I guess that's what happened to us.

Apparently it's all in the 'small print' and I don't suppose we have any way to get our money (€175) back.

But I advise anyone who reads this to regularly audit their monthly payments, check that they recognise everything, and cancel any subscription services that they don't use or have no awareness of having signed up for.

Hacen lo mismo a todos por lo que veo. Pagas 1 euro por la gestión pertinente y a los días te cobran 35 euros por una suscripción que no has consentido. No es verdad que lo indica al momento de pago, tengo pantallazos de ello y hoy hemos denunciado. Es una estafa absoluta.
Además les hemos escrito y no responden. Además vas a la cuenta y no puedes cancelar la suscripción porque no existe, te cogen los datos ellos y te pasan la suscripción sin consentimiento, algo ilegal por otro lado. Recomiendo denunciar.

Les contrato el pago de un servicio por 1 euro y me han creado una suscripción de 35 € al mes, sin ningún tipo de consulta previa, ni nada, ahora no puedo devolverlo y ellos tampoco te lo devuelven. Son unos verdadero SINVERGÜENZAS!!!!!!!

Es una estafa. Te cobran 1€ por digitalizar fatal una imagen y aprovechan tu número de tarjeta de crédito para cobrarte una suscripción mensual de 35€ que no has solicitado.
