My experience at this bubble tea shop was amazing mainly because of how lovely the employees are and because they make the most delicious bubble tea I have ever tasted!

My husband and I love bubble tea and have tried many places, but this was one of the worst. The taro drink had almost no flavor, just tasted like water and milk with barely any tar.

They kindly offered a replacement, but it was even worse. The drink was also too hot (we ordered warm), and I accidentally spat it out because it burned my tongue, and the colour now was more like blueberry than taro.

We only took about three sips and didn’t even reach the level of the label sticker before deciding to throw it away.

Very disappointed. After accepting gone off milk was used which made my daughter violently sick was offered £20 voucher. Have tried to redeem the voucher twice. First time told couldn’t use as tills were being updated. Second time was told account doesn’t exist. Bad customer service which filters down from the top, emails being ignored, gone off ingredients, very very poor!

Customer service is absolutely shocking.
Ordered 2 drinks from them that tasted vile and when I complained they offered me 2 topping vouchers on my next visit. So insulting when I asked them to refund me or replace the drinks they denied! Worst company I’ve dealt with

DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS TO USE HERE!!! The amount of times I have taken my daughter here to spend the damn gift card we bought here is getting ridiculous, they do not know how to redeem it and just refuse it (bought directly through Bubble CiTea) Train your staff how to use them or don't sell them!! Has been nothing but one big pain trying to use the thing up. 0/10

The tea just tasted like flavoured water and their milk teas, ice and tapioca haven’t been in stock for the past 1 and a half months. The poor flavour ruined the whole drink

Bubble tea came missing the bubbles (That i paid extra for). After getting back to the car i found this was missing them. I complained online and they accused me of lying due to their many "Quality assurances". This was even with photos of the drink clearing missing everything barring the tea. They've lost a weekly customer.

Avoid if you want quality drinks or any level of customer service when things go wrong. We ordered some drinks which were missing the tea completely. The liquid tasted like tap water, only the bubbles had any flavour.
We were already on the road again by the time we realised. I raised this with customer service and aside from requesting photos they didn’t want to know, it took a week and a half to hear back and all they wanted was me to spend even more money with them for a small discount.
These drinks are not cheap! There are better options out there who actually value customer satisfaction.

I had the brown sugar milk tea and it had the best flavour. Service was quick!

I decided to try a Bubble tea when I was at the York Designer Outlet. I'd heard milk teas were good but didn't really know what I was doing. Albert, who served me, was very patient and kind. He made suggestions and didn't make me feel daft for not knowing what I was doing, or what I wanted. . A lovely, polite and friendly young man. I really enjoyed my coconut milk with tapioca. I may be tempted to buy another now Ii know more about them.

My local Bubble CiTea branch closed, leaving me with an unused gift card that I can no longer use. The nearest remaining store is over an hour away, making it practically impossible to redeem.

When I requested a refund, they offered "online credit" instead - but their online store sells different products that I don't want. They also suggested waiting for a potential future store opening, which could be years away if ever.

Despite explaining my consumer rights, they continue hiding behind their policy rather than addressing that their business decisions have made my gift card worthless.

Poor customer service for a simple issue that should have been resolved immediately. Think twice before buying gift cards from a company that won't refund them when they close the stores you can actually use.

When visiting Glasgow I always make a habit of getting bubble tea from them. Normally I order through Uber Eats, but I finally got to order in person, and our server was so nice and patient, he even gave us free samples of the new/limited summer drink on the menu, absolute star! The tea is always so nice, not too sweet and full of flavor. Me and my sister went around trying tons of boba tea and all of them fell short, but Bubble Citea was just perfect. I recommend to anyone who wants to try bubble tea to go here. Honestly, best tea ever!

I’ve had two consistently bad experiences with Bubble Ci Tea, and I’ve reached my limit.

The first time was at their Silverburn branch, where the customer service was extremely poor. I decided to give them another chance, hoping it was a one-off. Unfortunately, the second visit was just as disappointing.

The staff were unhelpful and the overall attitude toward customers was frustrating. There seems to be a complete lack of care for delivering a good experience, let alone building any kind of customer loyalty.

After trying multiple times and being let down each time, I won’t be going back. It’s a shame, because the drinks used to be good—but service matters just as much, and Bubble Ci Tea has failed badly in that area.

AMAZING! So delicious with loads of flavour they anways give extra bubbles! A very fair price too!!! Such amazing customer service they are always sooo nice!
