Absolutely appalling service.. will not ve going back.

They didn't have dirty milk tea or the pudding

The service is appalling.
They spilled my tea everywhere, and I asked for warm tea and to say it was barely lukewarm would be an understatement.
This is the first time I purchased from this place and I am so so disappointed becauze I was actually looking forward to it.
I can't afford this every day so I wanted a little treat from somewhere close to me after a bad day, but the poor customer service overall made it even worse. And the almost cold tea which I was counting on to warm me up on a cold day.

I'll walk a bit further and get my tea from some other place nearby cause it's not worth paying almost £5 for barely warm tea, a completely uncaring attitude from the server and also spillage all over.

Excellent customer service over the phone and via email. Great products. My daughter is obsessed with bubble citea so it is great to be able to order their products easily on their website too. Recently ordered their hamper as a Christmas present. Will definitely use bubblecitea again.

Awful online service. Purchased a gift voucher (for delivery). 10 days on I still haven’t received it. I emailed them and was offered a digital version, which I said yes too. But have now not heard back from them. They have taken my payment but I have no physical or digital voucher and can now get no response from the company.
Looks like i’ll have to take a legal route to get my money refunded.
Steer clear of this website at all costs.

Went to visit your store at Oracle,Reading.Met this grumpy European lady working at the counter named Pauline who jas a lifeless expression.No hi no hello no thank you no help with the menu nothing!!We asked her abt new halloween drinks and she replied saying "u can see the menu"..very rude and inappropriate behaviour who works in retail at front taking orders..She definately needs more training or shud be fired as I see so many google reviews against her..she then told us to delete photos as we were taking the picture of their new halloween drinks posters for promotional work as we were sent via influencers programme to
Promote their drinks..she said we dont have rights to take photos of their posters etc etc..she became very loud n agitated and behaved as if she owned the whole company...we tried explaining her that we were there for promotional work sent bu the company's PR agent ..she had no clue about it at all ...we left after taking our drinks and will Never come back there at all!!

Ever since Bubblecitea opened up in the Leicester Highcross my husband and I have bought on countless occasions a large green apple tea with strawberry bubbles for our child and been charged £4.50.
Today we went to the Leicester Highcross stand and the menu was the same and showed no price increase or changes and so we ordered our usual green apple tea with strawberry bubbles and I was charged £5.00- 50p for the strawberry bubbles to be put in the green apple tea. I said to the lady that served me that this must be an overcharge as I hadn’t asked for extra bubbles. I was told that the large green tea was £4.50 just for the tea and no bubbles and I had to pay an extra 50p to have the bubbles put in! I said that this is surely false advertising! The lady told me that she’d been working there for a year and it had always been this price. I said that in all the time I had been coming I had only ever been charged £4.50! When I pointed out to the man who said he was the assistant manager that I ordered a green tea and was being charged extra to put bubbles in his answer was,”well, some people don’t like the bubbles!” Really? Since when?! I was told only tapioca bubbles were free and popping bubbles you have to pay for! Really?! I didn’t actually ask for popping bubbles. Shouldn’t Bubble tea automatically come with your chosen flavour bubbles whether tapioca or not?! I didn’t specify if I wanted tapioca or not anyway so just…why ?!

The customer service I received today was the worst I think I have ever received! The assistant manager was extremely rude to me and wouldn’t give me any contact details for me to contact a manager or area manager. He didn’t even stop what he was doing to speak with me for a second. He told me to “google it” when I asked for the contact number to air my complaint.

Look, I totally get paying extra to have extra bubbles but I am not prepared to pay £4.50 for no bubbles and then be charged to have them put in! The man I spoke to today who said he was an assistant manager had previously served me and my husband on numerous occasions and always charged us £4.50.

Ultimately, this is not about a poxy 50p overcharge- this is about shockingly rude staff and service and false advertising. A company now seemingly selling Bubble tea where you have to pay extra to actually receive the bubbles in your drink! I know times are hard but really?! Poor trading standards! We won’t be back!

Meadowhall ground floor. Staff are unbelievably rude and unfriendly. Have no clue about customer service. My 7 year old ended up in tears because of how the girl spoke to me. I had politely pointed out that she had served someone else before me and her response was”how do I know who’s turn it is” so argumentative. Asked to speak to manager who asked what I wanted him to do about it! Instead of a treat for my daughter I ended up consoling her and left without a drink. Would never use this company again. Much more friendly places

We went and ordered a bubble tea with mango bubbles. They served us the drink and we drank it expecting to find bubbles but as we came towards the end of the drink their was still no bubbles. We took to the counter asking for the bubbles or at least a refund but had no luck. How do u forget to put bubbles in a BUBBLE TEA?!

I go to the shop in Plymouth and I've always had very quick service. The tea is very nice and customisable. The only downside for me is the seemingly excessive use of plastic but I'm not sure what the alternative would be.

Went with my sister at the Metro Centre Branch, ordered two regular drinks which were £3.90 each and got charged for two large drinks which were £4.40 each. They were very rude and did not give me a refund. Avoid this place like the plague and look at the other reviews on here. This place is an absolute thieving joke.

The only good thing I can say is that the drink itself was nice. The service was awful.

Only two workers at the store, resulting in huge queues all day long. One serving, and one making the drinks - meaning we had to wait for 30-40 mins with approx. 10 people ahead of us. Simply not good enough! One more person making the drinks would halve the waiting time. And when we finally got to the front of the queue, we were told that they were out of tapioca pearls - brilliant! The one item that should be in plentiful supply was not available. And of course, the first tapioca scoop was free of charge - and when I asked for a free substitute topping I was told "no". Now, that's a company that values its customers, eh!

And to add insult to injury, the girl making our drink simply disappeared for 3 minutes for no apparent reason. She never said anything; just casually sauntered off and reappeared several minutes later without so much as an explanation or an apology for the delay.

The takeaway is that we will not be visiting Bubble-CI again. Damage done! We will take our business elsewhere next time. Plenty of other competitors in the market.

Horrendously sweet and overhyped. I hope the sugar tax closes this rubbish down!

Crawley branch is complete nonsense. They took payment twice for single order. When I asked them to refund one of the payments they refused and rudely behaved. Jokers
