Pathetic and frauds, my flight got cancelled and it’s been month I am not getting any refunds, sent multiple mails, called their customer support but still nothing is happening. Never book with them.

23+ days, NO Refund...

Flight canclled by the airline. Received cancellation email on 6th March and since then exchanged multiple emails and calls but no refunds.

Claim- Air India not giving money and it would take 45-50 days

When demanded explanation, they forward 3rd party seller email (Satkar travels) that too with wrong/ different PNR.

Its a total garbage company!

Having booked flight tickets through budgetticket, what these people do is that they generate a single PNR for multiple unrelated travellers to save costs and make more money!.

So if 2 people travelling together have booked a flight ticket on a certain date, they will get a PNR which is same as another 3-4 people who booked there tickets separately! So all these 8-10 unrelated people clubbed as 1 group with a single PNR without these people being informed of it!.. A fraudulent practice!

Result: Web check in not possible, check in at self service kiosks at the airport not possible too.
2 people who have booked together but are part of a single group PNR would most likely get separate seats and would need to pay extra to be seated together!

A scum trash company!

These scammers don’t book tickets they say promotional booking group booking and they give fake pnr nd booking references

I have got full amount refund from the airline (IndiGo) but this budgetticket guys are not will to refund the full amount.

I am writing this to warn everyone: Budget Ticket is running a scam.
We are currently dealing with a nightmare situation involving an elderly passenger with serious medical conditions traveling alone. We explicitly informed Budget Ticket that the passenger's visa strictly expires on November 29th. Despite this clear instruction, they confirmed a rescheduled flight for November 30th.
They have literally booked a flight that forces a senior citizen to overstay her visa illegally in a foreign country. When we demanded they fix this and move the flight to November 28th (before the expiry), they ignored the urgency.
A legitimate travel agency would never make such a dangerous error and refuse to correct it. They take your money, provide unusable tickets that violate visa regulations, and then disappear when you need help. This is negligence bordering on fraud. Do not trust them with your money or your family's safety.

Quick, simple, and reliable travel bookings.

Please ban these kind of websites. I got saved - the website shows a ticket - but if i booked, the entire charge would have been for a convenience fee, so says the booking page. I would have lost all the money for no reason -- replicating the page ..

मैं हिंदी में इसलिए लिख रहा हूं कि सबको समझ आए , मैने अहमदाबाद से दिल्ली की टिकट बुक की सुबह 6.15 की सिंगल बुकिंग , उसके बाद फ्लाइट की टाइम बदल गई और 5.55 की मॉर्निंग और लैंडिंग टाइम 10.10 .. बात करने पर पता चलता है कि ग्रुप बुकिंग की हुई है इसलिए ऐसा हुआ है। तो बहुत ही बेकार कंपनी है।

This is the worst service I’ve ever received. There’s no clear timeline for resolving the ticket, and every time I call or email, I either get the same copy-paste replies or the call is disconnected. Your support team has provided no practical or logical explanation and has been dragging this issue for over a month.

This is just fraud pls don't book your tickets with this.

The service is extremely poor. The people are unprofessional. Support is 0 from the customer care.

Don’t book tickets from budget tickets

had booked tickets and 4 days before departure got mail saying due to operation resin flight has been cancelled . I checked with airline, they confirm that flight is on, not cancelled but they can see that budget tickets had cancelled their 20 pax group booking.

It’s scam and budget tickets doing online Froad by do booking and cancelled by own saying flight had cancelled.

They deducted 400/- rs by reason of cancellation fees.

So they r earring on convince fes from all booking .

It’s scam and online cheeting .

Don’t book tickets from budget tickets instead pay extra and secure ur Travell by some reliable booking agents or direct airline.

Booked tickets, read reviews later. Thought they are cheats, so asked for refund.
The good part is that we received the refunds within few hours. Thanks to Manish Rai for this support

Beware of this site they will charge you to if airline cancel flight . my flight was cancelled by airline but they charged me 400 as convenience fee other site like yatra do charges convenience fee but they refund 100% if airline cancel flight.
