The incompetent agent lucas white never followed my instructions from the start booked me on an opposite flight that I had to cancel and took over £180 off me after booking the wrong flight i was offered £165.00 refund from the £380.00 I paid don't use this company folks I have to now go to the ABTA or ATOL to try and get a refund
