Great experience. Pricing, pickup of product and customer service were excellent. Fast response to a problem I had with my 2 year old flooring coming apart and the company was willing to work with me on a fair settlement. Would recommend them to anyone.

The order I placed included 14 boxes of vinyl plank flooring and trim molding. The boxes of flooring shipped on a pallet and the molding shipped separately, as expected. About 2 weeks after I received the pallet of boxes, I received an invoice directly from FedEx for additional shipping charges that were owed. I contacted BuildDirect, scanned and emailed them copies of the invoice and they worked directly with FedEx to resolve. The part of the experience that stuck out to me was that the person that was assigned to my case on the BuildDirect side called me with updates throughout the process and to finally let me know it was resolved. Service after the sale is something I value and feel doesn't exist with companies today. Thank you BuildDirect (especially Armando with the customer success team). I will definitely be returning for additional projects in the future.

BuildDirect does not stand behind the products they sell. If you have issues you will not be able to get them resolved (even if a warranty exists on what you buy). Don't buy from them! It is not wise.

I went to build direst to look at flooring. I gave them the sqft of my home to get an estamite. I then reciven a shipment of flooring I had not ordered.
The sample piece was Lamton simplicity collection, Millennium Oak. The flooring that was dilivered to the house was Superior Swiss Krono.
Pluss a loane was taken out in my nane, without my knowldage or consent through a company called Affirm.
I have asked that they come and get the flooring. There has been no response.
I will be sending letters of complaint to the BBB in Calaforina and in Canada. I have also regestered a complaint with Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.
I will be buying my flooring at Lowes or Home Depot.

Armando was Awesome! He was very professional, helpful, courteous and thorough. He turned a stressful and aggravating situation around to my satisfaction. He is definitely an asset to your organization.

Great product and customer service provided by both Yasuka Ogowa and Ben Woodward was excellent.

What an amazing company to work with! There customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with hands down. Mark Stansfield helped me out so much and every time I had a question or sent him an email he got back to me right away. They have such a great selection of products at amazing prices and I will be a lifelong customer for all there help they provided me.

While ultimately we did not go with BuildDirect as the product was not available to us when we needed it, it was an absolute pleasure working with Justine and others from BuildDirect. Justine was quick to respond and helped as we worked through trying to order engineered floors. Would absolutely recommend utilizing their services and we will try again on our next flooring project.

Anastasia in customer service did all she could to resolve a shipping error. I appreciate all her hard work and making sure I was a happy customer.

This is the first time that I have worked with BuildDirect and will consider them again in the future. Caleb was amazing! He helped with everything I needed to get my project started and when I needed additional materials to complete my project. Justine was very thorough and responsive when it came down to the shipment for my additional materials, it took longer to get delivered than it should have. She responded quickly and made sure I was satisfied before ending our communication. I definitely appreciated her drive to find out the why and then worked on getting it fixed.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would .The quality of there flooring is horrible it literally peels like a sticker and they take no responsibility for it .I only had this flooring for 2 months and it’s already peeling and buckling ! They are to blame the installer I don’t know how the installer would have anything to do with the floor peeling of !!!

First great product. Each was bubble wrapped inside of the cardboard carton. Really nice people. Sent sample, gave me follow up calls and emails to see if I had questions. The ordering process was smoooooooth.

The customer service we had from Armando Campos was above and beyond. He continued to help me out with questions I had and did it in a timely manner.

All of our needs were expertly taken care of by builddirect. We needed new Laminate flooring throughout the entire house as well as new moldings in every room. The whole process flowed seamlessly without us having to do much at all, which is exactly what we wanted. The hardest part was choosing the Laminate styles for our floors. Highly advise speaking to someone from sales who will guide you. We had minor issues with the flooring when it arrived but the customer success team helped and resolved the issue fairly quick. We give the highest marks to Rodolf who took the matter in his own hands and communicated with us at all times before resolving our claim. I would recommend the excellent quality and customer service to friends and family.
