Great to engage with, but otherwise difficult thereafter. Indeed, we eventually, after frustrating communication, chose someone else to develop our website.
They don't seem to realise that 'Businesses in the real world' are very busy places... What? I'm not sat at in an office all day running a very busy, customer focused Care Home??? No I'm not.
Well, they did get £90 for doing absolutely nothing. Congratulations!

The software/application seems good, Good Team, but they need to work on their communication system part. Support is very good.

we are still in the beginning of our project and the team are so patient with us, they response very quickly, very flexible I had to change meetings many times and they accepted all my timings, very helpful team.
we are creating a website and they are providing us with valuable advices on how to operate the web and what are the best practices for us.

as per the Delivery of the project overall experience is good but i have concerns as there should be proper communication regarding the charges of the integration at the time of demo in the initial stage. As i came across many new querries at the time of delivery.
I felt that i have been miscommunicated at the time of demonstration.
There should be proper description of the what all services will be provided with the package i selected.
I am not able to solve the apple developer account problem.

The Team working on our account is helpful and respond very promptly whenever required. Ruchika responded to my query and arranged a meeting within an hour to follow up on my queries and provided appropriate resolution.
