Truly speaking its been very late to get our app in the final stage !! There are several reasons behind that and moreover i am yet not in a position to say that weather my dreams to start online business with this app would be a success or not. I saw Builder.ai booth at the Leap conference. Was greeted by an amazing team. Soumya Tiwari and Jomy. After that, the project was assigned to a great team leader, Rupneet Singh with the help of his team members, namely Dipali P.

I got off to a rough start with Builder.AI. However, I finally got to a manager (Chris) who gave me some straight talk about Builder AI and their processes. I got a new Project Manager (Kamal) on the case and my project is finally off the ground! Hoping to continue to give a higher score in the future! HOPING FOR 5 STAR REVIEW! STAY TUNED!
UPDATE: Never got off ground. 2 years and $50k out of pocket!

Builder.ai seems like a great company to help you with your app requirements, but only at start. Kudos to their heavy sales and marketing. If you're based out of India and hiring builder.ai for your services just know that you're up for a ride. Your work will be delegated to not in-house developers but interns outsourced for pennies on a dollar for below-average work that will constantly miss deadlines but they'll make sure to remind you to pay up first. For a product that was to be delivered in April'23, I have already spent INR 650K (Total to be paid approx 1000000) out of my pocket, it's July and the project is nowhere near completion. The delays will keep on happening and lame excuses will be given. If at all you hire them, don't pay them until the project is delivered, and you're satisfied. Make sure to ask them for a detailed technical document because the chances are they don't even know what they're doing. I won't call them a fraud because they still show up for meetings sometimes but it's too slow to rely on. What a collosal waste of my precious time and money.
