Click and collect order
I placed an order for click and collect. Unfortunately, I was unwell and unable to meet the collection deadline. I contacted customer service and they agreed to extend the deadline. Once, I finally managed to get to New Southgate, the collection process was very simple. However, I arrived by public transport so I couldn't carry 2 bags of the item that I purchased. Once I explained that I just wanted one bag and a refund for the other one. This was quickly sorted out. Both members of staff that I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Its just a shame there's not a site closer to where I live!!!

Took order they were unable to fulfil with no communication.
I ordered and paid for a pallet of slabs, and was told they would be with me by 07/10/26. I called to chase on 09/10/26 to be told you could no longer get the slabs. This was never communicated to me until I called. I was given an email address to complain to, and although I double checked it with Rye on the phone, the email bounced back and was unable to send. Terrible communication, hiding behind computers and no empathy for customers with shockingly bad customer service.

You should have been informed of the stock issue as soon as it became apparent, rather than having to contact us for an update.

Great click and collect Service
I did click and collect. It was a very easy process and they brought the items to my car in the car park. Very good and prompt service. Excellent that they are open for a few hours on Sunday as well.

Bought timber with 10%excess for any defects, splintering warping etc. Didn't need the 10%, everything was perfect. Delivered on time with friendly, helpful driver.

1st time using this company
1st time using this company, was a breeze!! Order online and was ready for pick up. Let them know you've arrived and staff brings your item to the car park!!! They definitely need to open more branches around london!!! But would definitely recommend!!!
