Tom talked me through everything about my PC build from start to finish. Making suggestions on what might help based on what I was looking for and helping with future proofing. He also kept me up to date with what was happening as he was building it and sent through photos of how it looked... kept the excitement growing the whole time! Can't thank him enough for everything, top notch service the whole time, rapid delivery and a great price.

The BMR community invite is also hugely appreciated as is the ongoing customer service and advice he offers for any things that come up after the build.

Buying my first pc through build my rig was one if the best choices ive made, great communication throughout the build, sending updates regularly. After taking delivery, setting it up and using it, it is great! Cant recommend these guys enough. Ill be passing details on to all my friends

Loved buying my pc with BMR !
Pros : Tom is really professional , repliés very quickly and was really helpful , knows his components and brands , we managed to discuss that before the purchase and he confirmed my upgrades , delivery was pretty quick (dpd website to change delivery options is awful but that's none of bmr's faut 😂) and it arrived in perfect condition with config already made up !(goosebumps on first turn on!) And all components are all in perfect health condition !
Cons : PC came without components boxes , gpu and cpu in particular, I would have loved receiving boxes in case of upgrade and resell , a lot of builders do it.
Website is not the best either I had to do a second payment for the upgrade part , and since the free delivery was from 1500£ I couldn't benefit from it even though the total purchase was bigger than that with upgrade (without upgrade was below 1500£)
Still a great purchase and would definitely recommand to anyone wanting a good mid to high value pc

Very good service, helpful , proactive and efficient. Communication has been excellent with very good product suited to my requirements.

The PC arrived well packaged and ready to use, with Windows 11 already installed, drivers up to date, and everything working straight out of the box. No bloatware, no issues, and no setup headaches. Performance has been great and exactly what was advertised.
You can tell the system was properly built and tested before it was sent out. Temps and stability have been solid, the build quality is excellent, and delivery updates were clear the whole way. The PC arrived in perfect condition. Over the moon with picking this company

I had spent several months researching spec options, and had just about settled on something when I heard of Build My Rig.

I sent all the details and Tom came back with the kind of sensible suggestions I'd hoped for on details that I had no clue about (cooling, PSU, case etc), and it all worked, the price was okay so we went for it.

For me the most impressive aspect was when the PC was delivered on a Sunday, I was setting it up and found a minor technical issue so emailed Tom about 9pm expecting a reply the following morning. Not a bit of it, I had a reply within half an hour, just amazing.

The machine itself is everything I had hoped for, quick, pretty much silent and looks great too.

I would highly recommend Build My Rig. The customisation options alone make this an excellent choice. I purchased a rig and shortly before delivery, Tom realised that there may have been an error with the build (supplier sent the wrong GPU) but that was remedied extremely quickly. Communication from Tom was top notch throughout the whole process. If ever there was a more worthy company for a 5 star service, this is it.

Absoultely fantastic. Built everything to my needs and fully understood exactly what I needed based on details sent Could not of asked for better commuincation and effort.

Top tier service all round! Tom is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'm blown away with my custom build! Was updated at every step of the build process and even got some photos of the completed product before it was dispatched! Everything comes with benchmarked test results on the desktop so you know everything's working as it should, plus you get lifetime customer support for any issues that may pop up. Overall I'm over the moon with the service provided and the product received and I'd recommend anyone to go to Build My Rig for a custom gaming setup!

Pc came well packaged,ready to go out of the box with all needed software for graphics card and rgb installed but no annoying bloatware to get rid of.more than happy with the experience and would use the company again.

Great communication was received to refine pc specs between myself and buildmyrig. We were able to swap around specific components whilst keeping in budget. Quote process was really quick too.

Received updates throughout the build process and was great to see pics of my pc before it wad shipped.

Post delivery, buildmyrig were available and supported me straight away via phone to provide technical expertise in getting my pc all set up when I had issues with my monitors
