Absolutely phenomenal service, I felt really looked after, any questions were answered, spoke to James and he helped clarify a problem that was purely down to my own fault, taking time out of his day to help with a situation that was not their issue to help with. I could not be happier, and the PC is absolutely phenomenal, especially for the price! I even got a better case than I expected! Would recommend cacti pcs any day of the week!

I recently purchased a Gaming PC (RTX 5070, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32GB DDR5, 1TB NVMe) from Cacti PCs and I’m extremely pleased with both the product and service.

The build quality is fantastic, with high-end components throughout. The PC boots up very quickly and came with Windows fully installed and up to date, making setup really easy.

I did have a small issue with the AIO not displaying information, which turned out to be due to missing software. Alfie from support was very helpful and quickly sent me the correct link to download it. Once installed, everything worked perfectly.

I looked at several other companies before buying, but kept coming back to Cacti PCs—and I’m glad I did. Their pricing is very competitive and their after-sales support really stands out.

Quick delivery, parts as stated with the power supply being better than what was promised, quick answers to my questions prior to ordering, prices are very competitive considering the current ddr5 ram prices and very good build quality, if looking for a premium pre-build, CACTi pc’s is a very good option.

PC is exactly as stated on the website. All in working order and arrived when stated. Great response when I had a question after I had received the PC. I will definitely use these again if needing another PC

Had a really good experience buying from Cacti PCs. I was looking for a relatively entry level system, but they still answered a number of questions helpfully through the process, which gave me confidence I was buying the right system. The spec of the machine I bought was excellent relative to the price point. Delivery was also relatively prompt and I was kept informed of a short delay, and the machine works fine out of the box. Very happy, and would definitely recommend

Not liked: the GPU (latest RTX) in the ordered machine was not working. After returning and asking for refund still had to remind them to process it 1 week after the return -- I would expect this to be automatic.

Great service 100% recommend! ordered my dream pc I’ve been saving for a while and although we had a slight delay in dispatch due to high volume of current orders the staff have been pretty brilliant at dealing with it. Fast response times, great customer service. Got a nice little upgrade as an apology for the slight delay and now it’s all setup it was worth the wait. If you’re wanting a clean professional build definitely go with these guys. Thanks again Cacti PC’s.

The delivery was fast and when I had a few questions relating to set-up the staff got back to me really fast and were really helpful!

Amazing PC, we are three months in now it’s the 22/03/26 and no issues at all, everything is running smoothly. Cost was a lot cheaper than some I’d say I saved around 300-400 on some other builds I’ve seen. Any questions before or after purchase, answered quickly, even if it’s basic ones for someone like me, so don’t be afraid to ask!!! 5* service

Windows 11 did a windows thing after the latest update and deactivated. Messaged the team and they replied and sorted the issue in 20 minutes.

Couldn’t fault it.

There next day delivery was on time and was not delayed unlike other sites I have used before! The pc is amazing and runs really and was at an incredible price considering the components included, it was cheaper then all the sites that I had researched before. Really happy with the purchase and definitely recommend!
