Ordered from the tackle store but unfortunately the wrong item were sent. No problem though as a quick call and the gentleman apologised and had the right item delivered next day. We all know mistakes happen but it’s the way that this company made amends that makes me use it again and recommend it to anyone else.

Recieved what was ordered but box was…
Recieved what was ordered but box was split and you could see what was inside. With a little more handling the contents could have fallen out.

In this day and age when you can receive things within 24 hrs i dont see why it should take a british company over a week to send a small parcel. I,m sure once i do receive the parcel it will be ok . But i,m still waiting
