I have had 22 images made into acrylic prints that hang in my home gallery. They are stunning attention grabbers that every visitor admires. Color is so extraordinary that people think I have painting behind glass. They are truly fine art pieces. The service is also beyond belief. The staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make sure your experience is first class.

As always, Bumblejax has exceeded my expectations yet again producing a 24X36 acrylic black and white photo for me followed up with a 20X60 panoramic print that I just can't stop looking at and marveling that I took that photo! Bumblejax has a production standard that results in me looking like a pretty decent photographer. Customer service is at a level that I've never encountered at any business before. Corey has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond on several occasions helping research projects and output possibilities. I can't recommend Bumblejax highly enough to anyone who needs high quality prints throughout their product line- I have had acrylic, metal, bamboo mounted and bare prints produced by Bumblejax and every one has been absolutely beautiful.

I loved the personal attention that was given to my order from start to finish. I was able to discuss with a live person what my needs were. Then guided through what the best choices were for printing on acrylic. I was concerned about making sure the colors and tones would be ok. I was assured they’d check on it personally and don’t let anything ship without being double checked. My order arrived damaged due to improper handling through the delivery service. When I called bumblejax, there was no hesitancy to get one reprinted at no cost to me and shipped right back out. The quality and look of the final product was perfect and looked fabulous! I will definitely be using bumblejax again.

For any high-quality, custom photo-print needs, can't recommend this company highly enough! We have half a dozen acrylic and wood-prints hanging from photos taken on travels, and they look outstanding--like the photos were professionally taken. Customer service is also 5-star. Without question, worth the cost.

Image was presented on the bamboo frame which simply "popped" into reality! The quality of the print to the finish of the materials made this 2022 Christmas present one to remember. We fully plan to continue using Bumblejax for the reasons of the ultra quality and their innovative ways to display images outside of "typical digital" mediums.

After having past disappointments with lesser metal print companies (Aluminyze, are you listening?), I decided to take my prints to the next level. After lengthy research on various photography sites, I decided to use BumbleJax primarily based on the absence of significant negative reviews. If you look carefully at many of their primary competitors on TrustPilot and elsewhere, all of the competition have had major gaffs or stumbles in more recent times, possibly due to COVID fallout.
From the outset, BumbleJax customer service set a standard that almost no one anywhere can match. I started by uploading 6 images and then contacting their customer service about image size limitations based mb count. In phone and email communications with Tate and Corey, I gained confidence in their ability to make the best from my images and placed my order.
I ordered 4 metal images and two acrylic images, 5 of which were large at 30x20. I was very happy with the product quality. In fact, I was so pleased that I ordered another image in odd size at 40x22 and I was again impressed. I think that it was Corey who did some enhancing of the images and he knows what he is doing as cloud texture came from a small sliver of sky and plant colors popped.
I was even impressed by the metal bracket supplied for hanging each image as they give greater strength than what I have encountered before. A level is required.
The only quibble I would have is that some aspects of their website are a little clunky and I had a hard time finding the tool that helps to assess size limitations for your image. This was more than compensated for by excellent communication with Tate and Corey.
All in all, I got it right with BumbleJax.

Everything about Bumblejax is wonderful. My project started with a phone call where I was guided through the process. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I couldn’t be happier with my acrylic prints. The quality is superb and I’ll be a customer for life.

I decided to print some hiking photos using acrylic, and had zero experience. I researched online and found a site that patiently explained everything - the process, pros/cons of various approaches, and I was sold. To my pleasant surprise, they happened to be based in Seattle where I live, so I was doubly sold. Their service was prompt and courteous, and they recommended some fine-tuning of the digital pics to ensure good print quality. I was thrilled with the results - they look unbelievable. And with the frame backing, it’s ready to hang - no waiting for a framing shop. Will do more in the future! I’ve been telling my friends about them.

This was the second time I ordered from Bumblejax but a different product, an acrylic print. The quality of the print was excellent and the colors, vivid. As was the case with my first order I was impressed by the packaging and care in shipping. I am happy to pay more for the quality and care from Bumblelax.

Bumblejax Print Lab did a fantastic job with my Trulife acrylic-mounted print. The colors are perfect, and the face-mounting is flawless. I love that they offer as standard the wood mounting on back with wire for easy hanging. Also, they did an awesome job packing it, and my order arrived very quickly. I'm extremely happy with Bumblejax, and I plan to order a lot more art prints from them!

They are responsive, Corey is great! They stand behind what they advertise which is a great plus. The only negative is their website needs to be a little less confusing but it got it done.
