Disappointed that I can only buy the variety box of smaller wet food packs via Burns website - my local pet shop used to order in for me so now I have to purchase a carrier bag full instead!

Always very helpful, the company Reps are a brilliant contact point, in our case Heidi, thank you. Always there to answer any needs or questions. The contact is an absolute, and I think this has always been the case even to John Burns himself it has never been a problem for him to come out and see and advise small business. Keep this contact up.

The nutritional information I received from one of the team at burns dog food was extremely helpful, my little dog has a sensitive tummy, also anal gland problems,& itchy ears, so I was happy to have the advice and I ordered the sensitive duck & rice dry dog food, I am slowly introducing him to the new food of which he is eating, also the new food came the very next day after I placed the order, hopefully next time I place an order it will be be for a bigger bag and on a subscription, thank you for a very quick delivery and your help in this matter.

So so disappointed. I ordered a box of chicken wet food and a box of fish wet food. Which my dog loves. I rate the food highly and the online ordering is easy.
Sadly for the second time the chicken ones have leaked. How the box managed to pass quality control is beyond me. They have asked for photos which are now with Burns. I have every confidence that this issue will be resolved but not hassle free.

Burns wet food for dogs is a great product. Our Border Terrier has been wolfing it back for over 10 years in conjunction with the kibble. No digestive issues in allthat time. First time ordering direct (local supply issues) but the ordering was very easy and delivery prompt.

I always had Burns dog food for my two old collies who thrived on it. I have now introduced it to my young cockapoo who is enjoying the Fish and brown rice.
I was also impressed by the speed of troublefree delivery to my home on the Isle of Skye.

Exemplary Customer Service. I reported a problem with the contents of a 12kg bag of Canine Chicken and Rice, and within 48 hours a replacement bag was delivered to my door, even though i had actually purchased the food online from Pets at Home.
It's a shame Pets at Home weren't so on the ball, they simply said report it to the manufacturer, no offer to refund the £42.27 i had paid them for the product. I did email Pets at Home back and suggested they donate that sum to an animal charity as Burns had already sorted out a replacement.
